I am wanting to move to a new apartment soon. i lived at my current complex for 10 years between two different apartments. I stayed here for so long because i worked accross the street and did not own a car so it be a good arrangement since i walk to work. i have an excellent payment/renting history near this place. My question is will the reality that i been at one hotelier so long and not have other reference hurt me in getting a clean apartment? prior to this place i lived with an ex-coworker for a year and do not know where on earth she is to be able to use her as a reference( no lease there) and prior to that i lived beside my ex-husband. he too i am not in any contact next to. prior to being near him i was within college. so basically i enjoy just this one place to furnish a reference.
Answers: Exactly, the conflicting. If a new innkeeper sees that you own lived at the same complex for 10 years shows that you don't move amazingly often and you'll probably stay at the investigational place for awhile. And that is a righteous thing.
