You can find out recent sale prices online for UK houses, 2 websites to use are - www.upmystreet.com or www.houseprices.co.uk.
I don't know of a free website that provides owner information but you can buy the info from the land registry website - http://www.landregisteronline.gov.uk.

Is it possible and what company’s do you recommend?
I want to live in an apartment surrounded by VA. The monthly rent is $1500. Can I get a 30,000 home loan and wage off my apartment for one year and spend the rest on furniture and settle off my saloon.Also-----if I get a loan will my monthly gift be lower the 1500 right.

Inadvertantly, you may own made your situation worse by having a bunch of checks for potential credit.
