Answers: Other than what everyone else said, the only additional tip I can provide is that the person with the better score goes first on the application. Do not ask me why because I do not know. I just know that is the way mortgage loan officers say it should be done. If someone has less than 680 on their FICO, keep them off the application. If this results in an estimated lower approved amount, utilize additional strategies in order to qualify for what you want. Read a book on mortgages and you will know what I mean. Notice I said "estimated" lower approved amount. You never tell the mortgage loan officer anything until you perform the calculations on your own.
The mid score from both of your tri-merged credit reports will be used.
But keep in mind that that the lender will determine your rate and term based on the lower mid score regardless of who makes more money.

A lot people giving advice are also looking to give you a loan (its not advice, its advertising), if they are not local to you and you can’t get to them within 1 hour don’t fall for it. Now I am leaving and my brother is staying. My tenant has agreed to renew the lease within my brothers name. He requests me to transfer the payment deposit to my brothers name. I own no idea how to write surety transfer reminder to landlord. Please write example letter for my elucidation.

Please transferr my deposit to my brother that is staying surrounded by your apartment that we rented from you for the past year. I infer that this is then his deposit for the element, and I waive my right to the same.

Just write exactly what you it is you want to do. Also be in motion and find out your rights because you may be entitled to half of the deposit fund.

Answers: Can't keep deposit if application is denied, Fact is you should never had made a deposit if the application was not accepted in the first place. Now some don't realize that there is an Application Fee in some places.

IF over a certain amount, go to the police, not a lawyer, If they took more than $300 it is a felony, I think.. Maybe someone else can expand on this.
Thats illegal to do that. Are you sure its a deposit and not a credit fee?
