What kind of grants are available to widow mothers with children.?
Answers: Grants for what?
"grants" is a pretty broad term and we cannot possibly send you in the right direction with such a vague questions.
I am sorry about your loss.
Go to the social security office. You can receive money from the government, if the children's father is receiving social security after retiring, or if he is deceased (which would be your case). You can find where your closest office is at www.ssa.gov Call first if possible ( a lot of times they do not answer the phone) because you will need to bring a lot of information. All of your social security numbers, the amount you pay for rent or mortgage, income, etc. probably.
How can i check if my realtor is a licensed agent?? he say he is but where on earth can i check it?
i couldnt verify his work background for more than 2 months and he say he been a realtor for the final 20 years!!is there any trellis site that i can check his work history?? in his public notice. he said NJAR 2006.but i couldnt find his name near either!!Answers: Look him up online or check near the local realtor association.
All you have to do is be in motion to the website of the Real Estate Commission and check too see if his license is active.
You cannot check a work history on that website...they will singular tell you if the license is current or not.
If you are that paranoid that he is lying, later find someone else.
PS: Years in the industry DO NOT equal expertise. I would not be impressed beside that.
It's very uncomplicated to get a physical estate license. All you have to do is embezzle a test and one course.
There are abundantly of real estate agents out in attendance. If you are not happy next to this agent, get another one.
G00GLE the heading of your state and "association of realtors" and you should find a site that you can use to check his license. Also, ask your realtor which real estate broker he works for. All authentic estate agents work under a licensed physical estate broker.
Good luck.
You should be able to flush your state's Division of Real Estate website to look up a real estate tenant. In Ohio it is online and you can see when someone was licensed and if within were any complaints file against them. You can also search the Realtor.com website if your agent claims to be a Realtor.
If you are concerned why don't you ask for some personal reference.
Call your local board of realtors
Someone that states he has be a Realtor for the last 20 yrs may plan he has a restricted license or his license have been revoked. Most agents will give an account you what company they hang their license at even if they work out of their home. NJAR2006 is in recent times a screen given name and you need to find out his tangible name. Sounds as if he is contemporary and trying to make a signature for himself or that he hasn't had an moving license in awhile and desires to begin again but he hasn't passed the definite estate exam quite nonetheless.
Check your states website under license and real estate should come up. You will requirement his last term, first name to find out roughly speaking his license and also if there are any issues contained by his file or his transcript has be closed.
I assume NJAR 2006 means that he be a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors contained by 2006. What about 2007, 2008? and prior years?

Try selling your house owner finance. It is better than leasing it out because the empire moving in will wage a large down stipend (this will help you move), and will be reluctant to consent to it get surrounded by disrepair (also their responsibility). and will be more likely to reward in a timely behaviour.
Good luck
