I enjoy a two year contract , in relation to the rent of my flat, how do i?

Answers: you rate the last 2 months rent near your written notice to cancel lease then you still bring back to live there surrounded by last two months of the lease residence.
Just make sure you return the apartment within good shape and you will be fine. Make sure you hold on to copies of all your documents that u transport to manager or hotelier.
the money you pay is for months you rent , the indemnity deposit you pay isn't rent its indemnity against damages.

It sounds like you own to cough up TWO months worth of rent and they're not going to refund your deposit if you prefer to get out of your lease.
