0 Bedroom house?

What does it mean if you are looking at houses and the personal ad says 0 bedrooms? How can a house own no bedrooms?

Answers: It just be not entered into the database. All houses own bedrooms
I purchased one like this. There be one room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Nothing seperate.

I added 3 bedrooms and turned the other room into a living room. It has made a great rental. I picked it up for close to free, as it be not that desirable in its present condition.
Probalbly a typo...but some places are built "loft style" where on earth there is no defined bedroom.

It's more adjectives in condos.not houses.

Can I draw from a loan to build a garage apartment contained by parents property?

I don't own a home and I haven't in yesteryear, however I have excellent credit. I be pre-approved for a 400k loan last year, when I be considering purchasing a home. Plans have changed and I don't want to purchase a home right presently. However, I would like to build a garage shop on my parents roomy property and put an apartment above the shop, the city will allow this. I haven't asked any loan professionals if I can get a loan, however if anyone know if this is possible I would appreciate an answer or suggestion, or who to go to for something resembling this. Please send me question if you need more info to better help out me. Thanks.

Answers: You may run into trouble because you don't own the property.

Look into construction loans first. They're purpose is specific and applicable.

Consider a modular home loan since it can be put on any parcel (per local zoning) and is separate from the land. Some enjoy garages built into the package.

Consider an RV loan for a epic "Toy Box" trailer. Many high stop models are the equivalent of a posh 1 bedroom apartment, and the separated "garage" can make a perfect work shop.

Consider you and your parents co-signing a loan for improvements if they do not qualify by themselves.

Realize any improvements will change property merit, taxes, fees, and insurance for the property owners. Is that financially acceptable for them after you verbs?

Depending upon their intent, age, health, and other family circle members involved, consider forming a Family Trust and later explore financing options.

If you still qualify for 400k credit, immediately is not a bad time to consider your own home ownership.
You would own to have a claim against the come to rest the building sits on. That could be a long term lease, (like 99 years). It could be that you would become owner of your parent's home, beside them leasing from you. Whatever it is, a mortgage holder would have to know how to exercise a claim should you not be able to clear.

Was anybody aware of the NEW $1.oo coin that's with out " In God we trust" on it?

Answers: You have unreliable resources. Look here for information about the coins.

http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/$1co...
If you are talking about the gold colored coin with Washington on it it does have it on it. I have one.
E pluribus unum and In God we trust are on the outside edge of the coin.
Did the picture show the edge? I am not talking about the edge around the "tails" or the "heads" I am talking about the actual edge.
It is quite possible that there were a few mint errors but it was not intentionally minted that way.
This is a lie!

go to www.snopes.com and search on the words:

coin god

you will see that this is BS. The coin DOES have In God we Trust on it.

And, did you know that before the 1930s NO US issued money had the word GOD on it?

This is just more crap from the religious right trying to scare the faithful. Can't believe how easily people fall for things like this.

IT IS NOT TRUE and who really cares if it is?

We better quit worrying about the word God on our money and start worrying about how we will continue to feed our families.
yes its amazing the changes made to our currency over the last 10 years especially in coinage.
The nickels made today actually have more nickel value there there net worth so if you have a jug start saving your nickels they are already worth 6 to 6.5 cents and as this metals market continues its meteoric climb the value of those coins in relationship to what the monetary value is will make the nickel eventually be removed from the coin. I know nickels are not worth much but hey how hard is it to just drop nickels in a old bottle when you get home. Its not like they will make you broke losing them. I also separate any pre 1964 half dollars and quarters as they are worth far more then there face value for silver in them. Its not hard to find old coins never a month goes by without a few dollars of old coins with collector value going into my jug that sits on my dresser. Silver and gold are trading quite high right now. The new coins are interesting. Which leads me to another question why is it the dollar below the pyramid has written on it
NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM ? We don't speak Latin we speak english why do we put such language on our coins?
I thought we were Americans and spoke English. OK im sorry but it begs the question why strange language on our coin?
And why a pyramid with a watching eye its looks a bit evil to me. OK that enough
