Suggestion for mobile home loan?

We are currently looking for a company that will grant a loan to someone next to good credit on a mobil home for 15000. I am coming up short beside options. Seems approaching nobody wants to lend that little

With internet lenders, that loan is not ample to be worth their time, so if you are looking there, stop.

It sounds similar to this is a MH in a park, and these can be tough to get hold of financed. Try local credit unions or where on earth you bank locally, but expect to discharge 10% - 12% interest rate.

YOu may be better off obtain a personal loan rather than try to bring back the MH financed.

Some of the key issues are going to be are the wheel removed, is it roofed (ie Shingles), Is it Under pinned, Dou you own the land, be it built before 1976...

I would know adjectives these before I go looking around... And yes it's true that often loans below 50K get pushed to the bottom of the stack... Unfair but true...

Answers: Priced right houses are selling. Offers are low but comparatively people certify a bargain. I lately had a Dutch auction in smaller number than a week because it was priced to move at full price!
Don't travel with what everyone else is priced at (most houses right immediately are grossly overpriced)... go near what has sold within the last 2-3 months. I would a bit see 3-4 groups of people interested within 1 house than none because it is priced too high. Competition within the right price range where on earth buyers are buying is what creates the saleability of a house. The buying market ONLY is what determines the advantage of a house, therefore price it where on earth they are buying or you will join the immense inventory of upset sellers and overpriced houses.
We still own a lot of excess inventory surrounded by the resale market, heaps distressed sellers are cause downward pressure on pricing, and new home builders are adjectives pricing to the bones..

However, in my Team we are seeing strong buyer volume adjectives motivated to make offer looking to make great deal. Particularlly in the first time home buyer market.

People with homes to get rid of are still unable to move up because of the inventory backlog and the sheer number of distressed properties.
Southern Oregon, lots of inventory, 8 months of absorbtion, 123 days on open market, prices have be trickling down. Well priced properties are selling quickly. Not alot of foreclosures here, within are some, but not many.

You can find plenty of predictions for a spring 2008 upturn, but I imagine it is going to be spring 2009.
Real Estate is down in the Midwest. If things don't turn around soon, seriously of people will lose everything. Our Governor,within Ohio, has plans to aid, let's just pray he can turn things around.

No fixing cars contained by driveways, you don't dare do work to "your" home without permit. you also make sure you carry on you lawn the style the city wants you too no superb wild flowers or fence over 6 feet large , then the gestapo cant see what you are doing.

Well the city ordnance is best found at your local building inspector office, housing inspector. You will find you cities publication of the law as it applies to your community or municipality. how ever you may not approaching it. With more people clear on what at hand constitutional rights are maybe we can force our cities to make a contribution us our rights back. Let a guy move his oil within his driveway or even a transmission if he can salvage himself 1000 bucks. Hey maybe he requests that money to support his kids and family. Yep, I agree,,, IN our city, you are not allowed to drive into the courtyard, Even with a moving van. It is a $100 fine, and My lease call for the same.

Problem is that within the spring the ground is so soft that after a rain a saloon can go to the hubcaps beside no problem.

Have had guys repair saloon parts on the hardwood floors or kitchen counter, and use the bath tub to be parts.

Also renting to some lazy ethnic group they will park with the coup¨¦ door right next to the door step if they can.
