I am planning on building a home, but dont no the extra costs.I have done my research and no prices on house n house. But dont no the extra costs. I no we need 2 foot stamp duty and rates but what else will we need to earnings?

our heater does not work, the gas co. come here and said our heater needed a brand new part that will not be here till tuesday.Our apartment is 48 degree right now and will be getting colder and unlivable as the dark goes on. what are the landlords reasponsabilitues surrounded by providing us with other living option till the heater works again? or is it not their problem?

I know that when my heater go out a few years back my innkeeper put myself and my son into a hotel room until my heater get fixed (it was winter) and I'm surrounded by Connecticut, give him/her a beckon and see if that can be an option until your heating system get's fixed.
Or have you thought around getting the electric heaters, the one's that plug into your all outlit? those also work and if you buy them filch the money out of the rent. Make sure you send your manager a copy of the receipt.

i'm looking to buy at the min and t mortgage by 'the one account' (affiliated by Royal Bank Of Scotland) is really interesting, what it does, it puts your mortgage and savings and current narrative all contained by one single bank details so when you wage goes into it you're effectively paying rotten a chunk of mortgage and then thus paying less interest and next you just use it as a conventional current account and whip out what you need same as you customarily do, and whats left over at the close of the month pays your mortgage without you even realising or putting any conscious try into it!
with the numbers we're working beside it would knock our 25 year mortgage down to 18 years, this sounds like it is exactly what you want possibly this is something you could look into.
