I have roomies and my Quiestion is this. if they annoy the hell out of you and they may not know how to pay their portion of the rent are we competent to kick them out or even better freshly move out ourselves? we are all on a lease together but i dont want to get hold of screwed over. i would rather simply get a place that i can enjoy for myself and boyfriend. But can the landlord pitch a fit roughly us breaking the lease early. i know we wond capture our down deposit back but as long as we make a contribution 30 days and let him know whats going on... assistance
