Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How much is 4 story building/Independent house contained by Hyderabad, AP INDIA?

I am currently looking into buying such a house.

Answers: Four cows, two goats, one chicken, and three roasted ROACHES,,

Sorry but could not resist. You would be ahead to check G00GLE for real estate surrounded by that area. Or freshly call a park seller, Not sure how they operate surrounded by some of these countries. http://www.99acres.com/property/ can help I would bet since this is an India actual estate site. Good luck
that actually depends on the actual location of the building/or house. and also how desparate the hawker is? if he is desparate he will quote a low price or if he is not a desparate seller and if he have holding capacity, consequently he may quote a high price. i suppose a call in to the city and personal meetings next to a couple of agents there would do you a righteous help.
anyway steal care and adjectives the best

I might nouns close to a idiot but..?

is there anyway you can own two apartments in your term?

Answers: Yes, I have even done it. I have a job that be to far from home to commute to every day and I get it so I could save money on gas and not own to stay in a hotel. Since it be a temporary brief I thought I would only be doing it a jiffy but I ended up doing it for a year and 1/2. It save me a lot of money and I did not own to worry since adjectives my cost where covered. It's for a time tricky if you live in 2 states motive your car registration, drivers license can individual be in one. Police pocket notice sometimes if they see out of state plates parked adjectives the time and can hassle you. I think it would almost be possible to own another identity in another state but it did grain weird mete out I had phone, electric, and gas bills within 2 places. I think you receive hassled like mad if you don't switch over your cars registration so it is hard and you almost requirement 2 cars to blend in and get hold of a new identity/ drivers license they almost force you too. Tax time might be a hassle too but federal law in supposition allow you to even declare where on earth you live even if you have no residence surrounded by a state but plan to return to it one day. So you enjoy to decided which place will be paid more seance for taxes too so consult with your toll person. You also might want to receive a po box if you move around a lot close to I do. Then you might have three address for a while but you can consolidate them all into one place or not. this could brand name things easier or more complicated but it's another idea. After a while you start to realize nobody should hold the right to hassle you and even has the right to know where on earth you live.
yes, you can rent as many apartments as you can afford.

Perhaps you rent one for your elderly parents, and a second one for you (you love them, but don't want to live next to them).
You do not sound resembling a idiot nor is that question unreasonable.
Yes you can enjoy as many apartments as you call for. If you own your own business and need to travel. Why not enjoy 2. When you do sign up for another apartment the first one will show up on your credit report. Unless of course you are asking roughly someone else using your name to rent an apartment that would be informal.
If they're rent to own optioned, you can have as frequent as you like.
yes but dont explain to other land lord your mark is on papers so dont 4 get they can hold you to court and or mess up your credit the only point you can buy is a bike lol
If you have the money you can own as many as you want.
Certainly. It would be close to renting two homes at once. People do it all the time while they are within transition, like moving from one place to another, but the current place isn't ready. In reality, some people live far plenty from their job that they enjoy a home where the clan is and a home where they work, so -- if it happen to be two aprartments...

What is a FAIR commission to discharge your realtor surrounded by this bazaar?

My understanding is that the commission is transferable, especially when the market is the route it has be. So, what's fair these days? The house is in Florida.

Any adjectives info you can give me contained by regards to selling a property and dealing beside agents in a shaky souk will help.

The house is updated beside new cabinet, granite tops, neutral clay floors in living areas, exotic Karastan frise carpet etc...

Answers: Commission is without a doubt negotiable, but you can't expect the best service if you don't wage for it. And since the market isn't adjectives that good now, they won't try hard unless it's worth their while. People paying more will other get better service. I'd suggest between 5% and 6% - anything smaller number, and you run the risk of not selling at all.
Ok...LEGALLY the commission is assignable.

However, most agents, if they are established, will not negotiate their commission.especially if they work for a broker...b/c they can't b/c of contracts they have beside the firm that they work for.

I tell clients this: "If I cannot protect the integrity of my own commission by negotiate that up front.how do you expect for me to protect the integrity of the full-asking price of your home?"

That is usually the point where they grasp a pen and start siging.

Keep in mind that different Realtors proposition dfferent levels of service for that price. Depending on the sale price of the home and how likely it is to put up for sale, I pay for media hype, hold open houses beside catered appetizers, I even have a staging professional that will come within and work on any budget that you set...and sometimes I will even pay for that out of pocket. I enjoy also been certain to pay for minor repairs if the client be also using me as a buyer's agent on their next house. I also do QUALITY colored flyers that I preserve stocked out in the front next to glossy broadsheet...those are not cheap...but they will give my listings an lip if I need it vs another Realtor who is too inefficient to do them at all.
I've other gotten 3% for a listing, and 3% for the buyer's agent. A total of 6%. And if you discount their fees, they will discount their services.

And beside the market as shaky as it is, an agents position is even more important than ever.
Considering at hand are LOADS of houses for sale contained by Fl you may not have much flexibility. They hold to work much harder to sell a property. Find a realtor that have their own list of buyers- they work much faster.

You may try a decreasing % contract - 7% (total) if the property sell in 30 days (or quicker than the flea market in your area) 6% contained by 60 days of less. 5% for 61 days + ...
6 is fair-minded, 7 would make it put up for sale faster, as more will show it.

If you cut the commission no agents will show your property making it very tough to provide and increasing the number of months you are making payments on it.
