if you sold it through a realtor or through the MLS, you would know how to see them. Contact your realtor, ask them for comps and in demanding your address. They will be able to grasp them for you

What is the typical mark up for a modular home at a dealership?
Answers: i dont think any of them have a specific mark up. but i did check into a dealership and i have compared it to the retail prices any where from 10-30% higher or what ever the local market allows.
1. As much as the market will bear.
2. 15% is the minimum. That gives the seller a fair profit and enough to pay taxes.
3. Of course he would like to make 20% or higher. In a good to hot market, he will get it.
Modular: A stick built home that is built in sections in a factory and brought out to a homesite and placed on a permanent foundation.
Manufactured: AKA...mobile home...AKA a Trailer (single or double-wide)
Dealerships sell trailers. Builders sell Modular homes.
People always get the two confused.
