Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

What should I do if I can't find a steady job, I don't have any credit, I can't get a loan, and owe rent, etc?

Answers: First of all, I DO NOT advise you taking Mary M's advice to get a loan.. you should not get a loan without a job first.. that is the worst thing you can do.. her post looks like spam anyways.
Tempting is a good recommendation from the first poster, what you can also do in the meantime is, collect unemployment or try to sign up for welfare type programs. Your state may also have additional programs you would be elegible for.. especially if you have children. Is there any way you can move in with your parents for awhile? Think about it this way, at least you don't own a home in this terrible market we are having.. when you rent, at least you can give 30 days and move out in most cases. Try going down to your local chamber of commerce and signing up with them to get information on new companies who might be hiring. I know how you feel, I think most of us have been where you are at least once in life. Best of Luck to you.
Sure, you can get a job...you just don't want to work with WHO is hiring.

I have never seen a fast food place that didn't need people.

I know it doesn't pay alot, that is why you get TWO jobs until you can find something better.

It's called personal responsibility.

The title company changed the action to my property after the action have be file in need my knowing.?

I bought a house on three acres six months later I found out that two of the acres belonged to another. When I checked it out I found that the title company have filed my work and then refiled it near changes to the legalized description two months later lacking contacting me. I was given a copy of the achievement at closing that stated the legal description I thought I be purchasing. As far as I know that is ilegal. What can i do roughly speaking this.

Answers: Do not file a lawsuit until you know adjectives the facts.

This may NOT be the Title Company's fault. There are masses things that could have happen in this transaction adjectives the way from the Abstractor, Surveyor, Appraiser and Title Company. There are of late to many situations that could hold come up to explain here.

I will state that the Title Company should have notify you of any changes along next to an explanation. I would start there and work your process backwards. Contact the Title Company and have them dispense you an explaination of what they did and why. If they are unresponsive, then you will want to contact a advocate to have a claim file against the UNDERWRITER (could be TICOR, First American, Fidelity, or who ever is the underwriter for the policy itself). The Title Company's underwriter will then convey the claim down to the Title Company for them to explain or pay.

The key thing here is to identify where on earth the breakdown happened. People that of late tell you to sue everyone are merely clueless. If you want quick resolution to your problem, do your research and find out why this happen. From there, you can steal the appropriate actions to gain settlement. This may run some time on your part...but I guarantee it will squirrel away you money in the long run...especially surrounded by terms of permitted fees (if it comes to that).

Good luck!
Without a doubt, you need to profile suit against the Title Company. Get a Real Estate Lawyer ASAP.

Funny thing, I have the same article happen to me. I sued the dealer, the selling real estate agent and the title company, who adjectives had a foot in the varying of the deed.

They settled out of court, next to a money settlement.
(Cannot tell details as the settlement stipulated I have to keep my mouth shut more or less it)
It is illegal for lots reasons.

All defect of title must be reported to you PRIOR to closing...if the property was two acres shorter than what you believed, consequently that affects the SALES PRICE of the property in your favor and the register Realtor is FULLY and EQUALLY responsible for making sure the listing is accurate and your buyer's rep is also responsible.

If the attorney won't relief you, then find out from them who they used for title insurance and database a claim with them.

An error resembling that can render the property unmarketable, but I am also slightly expecting possible loan fraud.

That is why it's important.
You signed a form near the title allowing them to make change that needed to be done. But those would be simple changes such as correcting the misspelling of a moniker or something else minimal.

Somebody else may have owned the ground and the title company found out after you closed, I would think specifically the title companies fault. The trader could have lied just about the land but the title company should caught that also. The creation could have be wrong when the previous buyer bought and he may have thought he owned the home. This could have gone on for a long time and somebody newly figured it out. This is more potential to happen surrounded by a rural area as opposing a more developed area.

You should know how to go to the court house to the recorder, capture the abstract (history of ownership) and start there. The recorder can serve you, if they chose. You should still get an attorney for any legitimate action you nick to try to correct the situation, and figure how how and by whom you should be compensated.

Do you live in a house or apartment?

Answers: in a house---
with the PARENTS!!

moving out this year to an appartment with a roommate!
A manufactured home.
He have lived in both. Houses can be to expensive during winter, and apartments are not private, you hear the neighbors and they hear you.
My home is in an area where no noise, it's total electric. and no solicitors are allowed.
Is a tent in Iraq, still an option...

Actually, I lived in an apartment up until November of 2007, and then when the housing market dropped, I was able to save a lot of money on a house, not as an investment, but as a home. I moved into it in November, but truthfully, I was sent to Iraq three weeks later. I have a beautiful home to come home to though. And I no longer half to share walls with the neighbor.
