Our family is hunting for a suburb to relocate to. We saw a brand topical 3 beds room townhouse surrounded by Roselands( in Sydney) for around 500k. dont know what area of country you are but I would phone call the housing inspector on this landlord he is renting a dump and its not up to international building coded. You cant rent a home not up to code by imperative. He could have it condemned which would be a huge problem for innkeeper.
You could tell hotelier what I told you and say grasp this all fixed or I'm calling the authorities on you as leverage. You would not hold to pay rent contained by court. Since your dad is on lease you will own to have him involved next to this. the lease issue that u didn't sign isn't very dutiful cause it mostly means depending on what state u are contained by that you are month to month. doesnt your dad have some kinda contract with his mate..if not later you cant ...nor he can sue..anything but thats what friends are for..as you are his friends son he will take exactness of you or he should make sure anything he rents out is all contained by good condition otherwise your dad shouldnt enjoy accepted it... human being friends doesnt matter...
