you can find all kinds of houses on realtor.com (empty and full) also, www.mcbreo.com is a HUD foreclosure website to search. you do need a licensed realtor to purchase any of these. they are mostly empty.
p.s. "HUD Home" means that it is an FHA loan that got foreclosed on. FHA is a federally insured loan program that offers lower down payments and assistance for those who qualify.
