Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Is mandatory cable TV payments lawful?

My friend lives in a MHPark that charges more than the cable company does for fundamental service. It is CA, but I have never hear of a "luxury item" being imposed on a renter. Is it endorsed? There are many associates there on low and fixed incomes, so money matter. Since the corporation that owns the park has insightful pockets, would they stand a chance within court, since the manager say pay, move or sue. They own their own mobilehomes, but foot space rent, so "moving" is troublesome.

Answers: In a privately owned 'mobile home park', the owner can charge whatever he chooses for such amenties. Such is the starting place of the agreement to rent the space for the mobile home. If you do not like the charges, your option are only to move out.
your friend should read through the lease of the property tremendously carefully, and if it is not contained by the lease, he/she should go to the running and demand to hold him show your friend where on the lease it say they have to pey for it. and if the controller cannot, then they should ask to see the document that be signed saying that they would pay cheque for it. if nothing can be produced, afterwards your friend has a valise for sure.

Answers: WIC is a good place to start for food and strength care for pregnant and tentative mothers

WIC provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, robustness care referral, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.

First piece go to your local welfare organization and apply for aid. It takes time for them to verify your information, financial status, medical, mental requests.

Go to your local family clinic and attain a complete check up to make sure that you will hold a health kid.

You can still work as long as the doctor state your baby will not be surrounded by danger or yourself. I worked up to two weeks back my son was born, and go back to work when he be six weeks old.
