I rent my home. I didn't see any mold until winter time. Now it is everywhere. Growing in both my children's room. In the closets,bathroom, on the walls going upstairs. I told my hotelier and he told me to just spray bleach on it and it will dance away. It hasn't went away. It keep coming back and it it worse every time. I know the roof is leak and I have told the manager this and he came by the house and said it wasn't leak. I know the best thing I can do is move. When here isn't any homes available it makes it alot harder to do. Who can I contact to minister to me with this situation?Answers: send for the Housing, Building inspector and the health inspector surrounded by your city or county if that is the ruling body. This is totally unsafe to your family. In proclaim for mold to stop it must be removed and the wet areas must be made dry for always. That can be done with bleach and scrub down walls and de humidifiers. Generally within is more problem to this then a gallon of bleach and ect. The leaky roof is probably the culprit here. If this innkeeper wont even fix his roof then its time to seize the authorities involved.

If you be going to they aren't any homes you would like to rent I adopt that, but with this marketplace I know there a abundantly of rental homes out there. If you requirement to for health reason I would even suggest that you move temporarily move into an apartment. Get a month to month lease.

I own exactly the same situation and am unsure what to do, but fortunately because the mould comes beneath the environmental act 1990 the local authorities at your council should know how to help you and push for you with anything you have need of. The mould is most likely condensation and due to cold walls and a humid house. My innkeeper told me just to vacate my window initiate but I believe because the room is so cold is half of my problem. They can point you contained by the right direction and ensure you stay on the right side of the law. :) I am currently going through the conditions beside them now.
