I've had an proffer accepted on a house, and arranging the survey and get our solicitors ready...Just checked online to see if the house have been taken past its sell-by date the market - and its still online near the words Sold STC - whats that mean?!
Can i constraint them to take it bad the website?
The house is 40miles from where we currently live, but we will be viewing it on Saturday within regard to the fitures and fittings to be included... if i see the board up, can i constraint for it to be taken down...
They already have allowed a 2nd viewing that be booked before we made an volunteer go ahead... and that get my back up anyway...

Basically, agents do this to boost their reputation. People will still see the house on the internet, but the agents won't book any more viewings. And nation who see it on the net are supposed to focus "wow, that agent is good, look at adjectives the houses they've sold".

Regarding the other people who be allowed to have a second viewing back you offered, that's normal too. In our department, we will allow viewings to continue until we own solicitor's confirmation, and proof of a mortgage agreement from the buyer, in armour we find that the buyer can't proceed.
You can't demand that the board is removed any - that should also now show "Sold Subject to Contract".

I would make them your first port of call, although other operators have been said to be interested in entering this realtively new market.
Before deciding to buy, however, I would do your research and make sure its the right choice for you. You can get guaranteed income for the first year or so... but you will largely be reliant on the hotel market (which has been very strong in London), and be putting faith in the hotel operators skill to market the business... that said, property (which was previously considered to be a better option by many) is looking decidedly shaky - so perhaps not a bad idea if you have that sort of money to invest.
You cannot "buy" a room, but most will do a fair deal for a long term stay, especially the chain hotels. Contact them individually, or for the bigger names check their sites. If this is a move for work, get your company to contact them for a better rate.
