1, they do not give you as much money as the house is worth.
and 2. They product you pay over the probability to rent the house back.
There not great when it comes down to communication, and it take them a while when there is a problem beside the house to sort it out.

Ok, you can do some math. If you want to buy a studio in London, you could find a property that costs 150,000 British pounds (which is $300,000 dollars), and that is a very low price.
The rent that a landlord expects to earn out of a "flat" is usually the 5% of the value of the property itself.
So, if the value of the apartment is $300,000, then the rent would be 300,000/20/12 = $1250 dollars (about 600 British pounds)

i live in wisconsin and am have a hard time finding info on this. my family's house be foreclosed on and went to sheriff's Dutch auction yesterday. i am not sure the outcome, but how long can we expect before we are evicted? a week? a month? i would greatly appreciate some info as i am contained by the dark here.Answers: Anytime the "new" owner wishes to occupy his premises.
Depending on who bought it, waiting around for "eviction", probably isn't the wisest choice. You are trespassing and WILL be treated as such.
If you do not move NOW, the current owner will evict you. It depends on how fast the court system works within your area. Usually more or less a month in most places back the sheriff comes to evict you.
