We put an proffer on a house but did we do to much?
The house is listed at $155,000 and be built in 1995 it is surrounded by a newer neighborhood with 3 bedrooms and 2 hip bath. There is a living room, dining room, and a family room next to 2.5 car garage to be precise a/c and is heated. There is nothing we would necessitate to work on other than the cosmetic items to engender it ours. The Assessed fair open market value is $153,300 that is to say not including the updated 2nd bathroom. We really love the house and the location. We put in an hold out a couple days ago of $150,000 that was standard. There was another proposal which they have their house to put on the market. We really like the location and the home and didn't want their submit to go through. We also didn't shift through our own Realtor and I am having second thoughts that perchance we could have gotten it for smaller amount. Although after our offer is official there is a 72 hour waiting term for the other offer to jump through and sell their house or put contained by a better offer. Any comforting thoughts out at hand?
Answers: If you LOVE the house the way you read aloud you do...then dont verbs and be happy you get the house instead of losing it over a couple of thousand of dollars...
I think you are focusing on the wrong problem.
If you signed a buyers agency agreement next to the Realtor, and you signed a contract on this other home, I hope you realize that the Realtor is STILL DUE THE COMMISSION and can SUE YOU for not paying it.
I personally, don't charge if people close to you get other or not...someone was working for you at their own expense and you found something to cut them out of the do business so they never get compensated.
If you are not comfortable beside the transaction...too bad, so gloomy...maybe you should own let a PROFESSIONAL explicitly knowledgeable embezzle care of it for you.
You most credible overpaid...where do you go and get this "assessed fair souk value" figure? from the toll records?
I guess not a soul told you that TAX ASSESSMENTS is NOT fair bazaar value nor are they related.
oops.

How can i attain a nextel tower surrounded by my property?
Hey, i own a salvage yard within anderson s.c on 40 acres and all my guys here uses nextels and the service sucks, so i be wonder how or who can i get surrounded by touch with to conceivably see if they can put a tower on my property, that way it will be apposite for us and the communty!Answers: Call Nextel. You should also try calling AT&T and Verizon.. AT&T and Verizon are more likely to build a cell. site on your property because they are contained by better shape financially than Nextel. The rent on these things is outrageous.. and you would make plentifully of money if you could get one of these corporations to receive into an agreement with you. They must consequently decide what type of zoning the nouns is, they may be required to build a tree cell. site (one that looks like an actual tree) and these cost approach more to build than a regular cell. site. You must first make sure your property is licensed for the building of a cell. site since you begin, and this is YOUR responsibility, but bar that, it's as simple as just collecting a full-size rent check monthly.
By the way, it's not a few $100 bucks a month, as another poster stated, it's more close to a few thousand bucks a month depending on how big the property is and how far the cell. site extends into the network.

First, I focus Sprint now owns Nextel. But beforehand that Nextel didn't have their own towers. They lease use of other cell phone company towers.
Having a tower on your property can be a pain. Not just would you have to preserve everything away from the tower, you have to confer the tower folks ready access.
