Need a place to stay short occupancy?
Me and my boyfriend are gonna be moving from San Francisco CA to Fresno CA early March and want a place to stay till we find a apt. We need somewhere affordable and I own no clue where to even look. Does anyone own any info to help me.Answers: You may want to try to stay at at an extended stay motel/suite hotel. They habitually have discounted rates for weekly or monthly stays. The plus is that everything is included except food. It may be a little more than an apartment but you wont enjoy any long term commitments to a manager until you find the right home for you. Is buying a house is flawless model for me?
I would like ask your suggestion more or less whether buying a house is good for me or not. 1. I earn approx 64K/annum, give me 3600. So far the job is steady, may expect it same subsequent two years atleast.Not have obtain my Green card, but have applied and imminent legally.2. I used to enjoy a BMW, unluckily had lot of problems near it and had to buy a up to date coralla after spending a lot of money beforehand selling it. So my new vehicle loan + depreciated BMW vaule + left unpaid loan adjectives constituted to 19,600 toatlly.
new motor = 17K Old bmw bought for 14.5K, Spent for fixing the beemer 5k :-(( Sold the old bmw after fixing for 7K Carried over from feeble beemer loan = 3K. car loan ==> 17 + 3 = 20K (approx) 3. Other than that, I just this minute got married and have a new born. Marriage expenses etc get me 17 k in CC.
Monthly expenses are 2200 including 1000$ for rent.
Should I buy a house? Can I verbs it off? Please direction me.

Until you hold your green card I would suggest you pay down your credit cards, auto loans, matrimonial expenses and new toddler (child care expense?) and stockpile lots of money.
My first thought was since you do not enjoy a green card you might be deported and lose everything but I see you have have an "anchor" baby and would probably be allowed to return to the US.
What city have the cheapest rent within california?
