Try the Housing Tribunal website. This is a great site if you have a problem with a tenant/landlord. It provides you with all the forms if a problem arises and you need to go to court.

I live surrounded by a private house owners embezzle my post out of box and hold onto it for days is this messages tamper?
They take my communication out of the mailbox and take it into their house and holds onto if for days at a time and later they place it on the side of the stoop where my apartment is located and it get blown away by the wind or dilapidated by the rain. I hold missed appointments and bills have be lost due to them doing this. I have asked them not to give somebody a lift my mail out of the mailbox but they verbs to do so. Is this mail tamper?Answers: no...it is coming to their address
That's a federal offense. Contact the Postmaster General.
They are allowed to go through it if they are delivery mail too, but physically taking it next to them is a crime. There is no telling what they could be doing. There are ways to tamper short even opening the envelope currently.

Before you transport a fit and burn bridges with your innkeeper. I suggest going to the post office and giving them special instructions on how to deliver the correspondence. If they do not follow them, you can file a formal complaint.
As for asking your landlords not to maintain your mail. I know you asked them already but I suggest that you write a highly friendly letter requesting them to stop. Make a copy for your documentation and document the date and time that you gave the note.
That way if the situation progresses to a more serious issue you know you hold covered your ** and there is nought they can do about it.
Technically, it's not letters tampering b/c they enjoy legal access to the mailbox.
If I be you, get a PO Box from the post organization and have everything sent in that instead...problem solved.

Answers: My daughter just completed her Masters at Courtauld. She lived contained by Lillian Penson Hall. It is across from Paddington Station. Small room with meal but worked well.
