Any tips on staging your home for showing?

Answers: Make your house look like a model home:

Remove personal items such as family photos.
De clutter bookcases and shelves.
Clear kitchen counters. Remove bottle of dish soap/sponges.
Straighten out closets and medicine cabinets.
Deep clean house, shine chrome fixtures, clean mirrors, windows.
Use a vanilla scented plug in air freshener.
Yeah, make sure you are not in it!

Nothing creeps me out more then to have the owner hovering about.
I've never heard the term "staging your home for showing" but I'm assuming you mean you want tips on making your home appealing to prospective buyers when you are selling it.

Something I have always done with great success and always get comments on....just before they are due to arrive for the open house or viewing, I turn a couple of my stove burners on high and splash a couple of drops of pure vanilla on them. When people come in, they always assume I've been baking cookies and they associate it with all sorts of nice homey memories! It seems to make the house feel warmer and more welcoming.

How momentous is it really to enjoy valid estate by 30?

not renting, but owning.

Answers: It is NOT important to own concrete estate at all. Home ownership is a great article when your ready for but really impossible if your not ready. Ask anybody who overbought and is getting foreclosed on in a minute.
I'll hit it next year, so I hope not amazingly... : (

I really want to get a house but I don't hold very much money save up and my credit is not that great either. I'm living surrounded by a garage apartment with my husband and we are equipped to get a house and start a familial. Any advice is much appreciated!! Thanks

Answers: 1st draw from preapproved for a home loan, after that start checking the legals in the daily, there you will find foreclosures alot of times it will even share you when the sale will be. Most of the time that public sale is on the courthouse steps of the county you live in. This is a public auction so be prepared to bid on more than 1 home as this is where on earth alot of people show up to buy their first homes. Also, be prepared to pay envelope 10% or more that day. The poster will usually tell you how much percentage you will inevitability at the sale. If not a soul shows up for that house you may walk away next to a nice house and a low mortgage. Just be prepared. You might even want to contact a lawyer who specializes within real estate to serve. Usually, but not always consultations are free or immensely nominal fee is charged. Real estate agents repugnance these auctions as they lose there commission. Also, drive by the house sometimes you can even look at the house if you contact your advocate and he in turn can contact the mortgage company to consent to you see the house, if you can also have a home inspector on stand by.
The first step would be for you to congregate with a reputable lender to bring pre-approved and to see what kinds of loan programs may work for you and your husband.

A home that have been foreclosed upon may or may not be other. Much will depend upon the home's overall condition and pricing. I would also recommend you have a professional home inspection done to be paid sure the home is sound.

To guide you through this process, I would outstandingly suggest you contact a Realtor with whom you touch comfortable and who will work in your best interests.

Best wishes within finding a home of your own!
Foreclosures are nothing special, you hold to go through indistinguishable lending process as you would for a non-foreclosure home.

My direction: fix your credit.
