Can I buy a house even though I'm simply 18?

Will there still be a problem if I settle up cash? Is in attendance an issue if I have so little credit willl it still affect me?

Answers: yeah you can!
You're justifiably an adult, so in that is no problem. What will be an issue is how at your age you can AFFORD a house. IF you can, then you're apt to go. If not, your age, nouns of work history, etc. will work against you.

When you say, settle cash, do you be set to you can slap down the full purchase price now? If so, no one's going to stop you.

Get a buyer's agent (free to you) and achieve pre-qualified and go look--it's a buyer's bazaar. If you want a home to live in and can afford it you can bring back a bargain. If it's an investment, I hope you did your research.
Hi Maddy505,

You are of permitted age to purchase a home. As long as you have a substantial down contribution, financing won't be too much of an issue. Cash is even better. If you are ready, after go ahead and walk for it.
You can buy almost anything cash, but why would you want to do that?

Invest that money and breed it work for you. You won't make any money on the house when you resell, and at 18, my guess is that you won't stay at that house for a long time. You're 18. You hold things to do. Plus, you have to verbs about property taxes and insurance. Make your money work for you within better ways.
Yes, you can purchase a house at 18. Buy a house at 18 with lolly - WOW! That is certainly not a problem.
If you do not enjoy much/any credit you may have to jump to a lender which does Manual Underwriting. This type of lender, instead of going strictly by your FICO (credit) Score to approve the loan, looks at your income, outgo, paying your rent on time, etc to determine if you are worthy of a mortgage.

Good luck.
You are rightfully an adult at 18. If you enjoy cash to buy, congratulations! Even better if your parents can delight in the purchase while you're at school. Credit history should not be a factor contained by a cash public sale.

However, make sure you enjoy the income to pay the maintenantance, insurance, and property taxes. The purchase price is solely the beginning of the black hole of ownership.

Land within Massachusetts?

I'm looking to purchase a piece of land within Massachusetts. The land is a small, useless piece, unbuildable because it doesn't draw together town requirements, but I own a buildable lot behind it. I want it because if I don't own it, I necessitate to build a four foot high wall between us because of grade issues.

The question is, the registered owner died surrounded by 1949, and his daughter was paying taxes on it, after it reverted to the grand-daughter, she is currently paying the taxes. Since it's useless, the taxes are currently $50 a year. Now the grand-daughter seems to dream up I may have trouble buying it from her because the registered owner died 60 years ago, and the achievement is still in his cross.

Does anyone have any belief what exactly she, or I would need to do within order to buy it? And I know within the town, you need to produce proof that you own paid, or are exempt from inheritence import tax before transfering into decendants mark, does this still apply?

Which county (or area ) of Florida has the least expensive homes or property for sale now?

Answers: Areas that are under developed such as Groveland,Fl are the best areas to look. A 3000 sf home in Groveland could cost you 150k. Once you find under developed areas consider a few years from now it will no longer be that way. You have buying power in todays market.
they are correct to say that the Jacksonville area is not affect by the boom market like others. but there are still some good ones in Central Florida with relatively low insurance and property taxes around. Before choosing an area, it pays to do your homework and find something you really want but please don't decide anything before your visit and see with your own eyes the area in question.photos can be very deceiving.
