Some foot pet rent...some don't...representative picks..?
Here's my dilema... I moved into my current apartment in June of ending year. At the time we did not have pets, but my daughter met some friends here and they have several cats. She asked me if we could get cats and I said no because I didn't want to pay packet a deposit or pet rent. Her friend said they have several cats and they didn't retribution a deposit or pet rent 'cause her mom is friends near the office staff.
She said the bureau wouldn't charge us and we should just jump for it. So, I did. I adopted two cats that are kept inside & are both fixed.
Here we are 6 months after that and one of the ladies from the office see the cats sitting in the glass and sent me a letter requesting $300 deposit for respectively cat and $15 a month for each cat.
How is it just for them to pick and choose who pays and who doesn't? They also have a no dog policy and I've see several dogs here at the complex and have even mentioned it to them and adjectives they say is, "We don't know anything in the order of anyone having dogs."
Answers: This retards from managemant hold a lot of power, i payed my conndow rotten...so i own it! and i made lots of changes surrounded by it! few week later i get letters that i should paint this and that, and my pane sheads are the wrong color.i cant even park my company car close to my place, i own to park it half a mile away...and the indemnity guy lives across the street but he can park his company car right surrounded by fron of his house...he even has a Tow away zone sign.i despise this idiots! i hate them so much i go to talk to a lowayr..and here is not much u can do! u will probably lose and eventualy u will have to move out!
SO...u can try conflict, but most likly u will lose!
Unfortunately it is their decision how they want to run their building. They can charge different amounts for respectively apartment, they can charge pet deposits for some and not for others...anything. Frankly, it's not really any of your business what other tenants are paying or not paying.
Your lease said that you needed to rate a deposit for pets. You shoud not have acted beneath the false assumption that you wouldn't have to if that is to say what was already agreed upon.
If you are contented with your apartment and don't mind paying the rent for it, that's adjectives that matters. If you're forlorn with have to pay for a pet deposit, you should hold either not gotten the pets or will enjoy to find a new place to live.
how outdated is your daughter? did she check with the guidance first to see about individual charged? did you?
IF i was surrounded by managemane I'd charge you too... plus back rent for getting cats lacking talking to me
ypu know there be supposed to be a charge and just assumed you'd be special and not achieve charged? Or just assumed your daughter be more responsable than you and asked management?
confused confusion, that's because you don't own the property...if you did, you would know how much it costs to replace carpeting & drapes that the cats own stained or sprayed.
Just because you spayed your cats, does not mean they do not spray.
Other tenant are allergic to cats and the LL has to transfer out the cpt to accommodate the new tenant if they have allergies.
Personally I'm allergic to cats, but I do not rent to animals, freshly people.
If you bring within other factors excluding humans, you get dunned by some LL's, but within are others that don't care and you should see their apts.
If you state your business up-front, you will hold better success near the costs then only moving animals in short the permission 1st at time of signing.
Personally, I may chg a sur-charge to the rents at birth, or a deposit of 500 for cats and 250 for dogs that are small.
Large inside dogs will be 1000 or dogs of a threatening manner will be prohibited on the property and that could be the deciding factor that get you the rental or NOT.
Don't condemm the LL's for wanting to keep their properties verbs and well-kept...unlike the answerer that can't spell or has an ongoing beef next to the LL's and other owners, consider the properties that they reside and what the inside must look like.
If you want to live surrounded by a dump, do not consider the owner an their wishes, and soon you will see what I mean.
**QUESTION ABOUT MY LEASE please support?**?
ok, i signed a 10 mo lease. in my lease agreement, it say that my lease is for a 10 mo term, dawn May 2nd, 2007. i got a identify on my door, saying that if i intend to vacate, that i obligation to put in my 30 hours of daylight notice on or b4 feb 1, 2008. i did. in a minute my manager say i have to take-home pay rent for march also, because my lease expires motorcade 31. it also says contained by my lease agreement. im confused. i paid 1st mos rent within may 2007, w/a 10 mo lease. if i pay rent for motorcade, wont that be 11 mos? it says surrounded by my lease that it is for 10 mos, beginning may 2, 2007. do i enjoy to pay rent for convoy since my lease doenst expire till march 31st? if so, why did i hold to put in a 30 daytime notice on feb 1st if i want to move? When someone puts surrounded by a 30 day perceive, dont they pay rent for that mo, next jst move b4 that mo ends? i put my notice contained by feb 1st, and paid rent also. shouldnt i know how to move out by end of feb and not wages rent for march, if it is a 10 mo lease. from may to feb, isnt that 10 mos? my 1st apt.Answers: 10 month lease equals 10 payments:
May 2
June 2
July 2
August 2
September 2
October 2
November 2
December 2
January 2
February 2
Now the exception would be if the lease states the lingo always inaugurate the first of the month. In this case May would not count toward the 10 months, however surrounded by this case you should own only compensated 30/31 of the rent for the fisrt month.
Now days when you sign a lease for a certain amount of time-it is also for a trustworthy amount of money. For example, if you if you sign a 12 month lease for $100 a month, it usually spells out the fact that you owe $1200. So no situation when you move-you owe the full amount of the lease. I know this from experiance.
Moving out of Kalifornia to Reno ~ Need a Job and House Whats the first step to run?
I will be moving to Reno April 1, 2008. I will be needing a available job before i budge. How do i go nearly this? I have looked on the Internet and researched some of the Casinos but i am startled to move with out a available job or a place to live. Need Advise HELPAnswers: Ok, if you cannot come up for a day or two tp look around beforehand you move do the following.
Have at least 1k available.
Arrive on a monday or a tuesday.
Stay at the Sands Hotel, or Motel 6 , net reservation online.
IMMEDIATLY go within person to apply at Casinos, look nice, hold a resume, and be ready to interview.
I reccomend,
Peppermill, Atlantis, and John Asguagas Nuggett
these places will adjectives hire you ON THE SPOT.
Now find a place to live. If you will be making enough, I reccomend "The Loft Apartments" they are $600 for a studio and $800 for a 1 bedroom. They are fully furnished near all utilities, and within a REALLY nice area. (can way of walking to Atlantis and Peppermill). If you cannot afford them, start looking on craigslist. AVOID 4TH STREET LIKE THE PLAGUE...NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM 4TH STREET. Wells avenue is also kinda iffy, but worth a look for the right price. Email me if you need any assist. I moved to Reno less than 2 years ago beside $120 to my name. Ive since worked myself up to owning an almost brand bright home in the best nouns. Good Luck
Try going there for a drop by.Look into real estate and apartments for rent or Dutch auction. Then return home and save plenty money to be able to afford the average cost to rent or plenty to put down to own a home and enough to be in need work for at least two months so that you own enough time to find work.
California not Kalifornia. The second is the heading of a movie.Unless you're an actor/actress who hasn't had a energy outside of that movie. Sorry, I had to right to be heard it...
Hi Paco's Girl,
I live in Reno, and you are reaction to ask me questions.
First, drop by our City's website http://www.cityofreno.com to get yourself familiarized beside our area. There might be links for job in that website.
You may also look for some of these companies websites.
International Game Technology
Microsoft
Intuit
Oracle
Amazon
Baker and Taylor
Second, settle up a visit to seize to know the area.
First step is to attain a job, later move. Besides...nobody will rent to you until you have a opportunity there. Once you are hired catch one of those places that rent by the week (budget suites or whatever they hold there) until you find an apartment. It will be a bit expensive at first (maybe 350 per week for the first week then they usually drop surrounded by price) but thats the cost of moving to a new place.
