Jan. 19 I found out my mortgage be going to foreclosure. We tried to find out what be owed and variety a payme
They wouldn't tell us the total amount due, but that we should be getting a reminder in the messages with the amount. On Jan. 22 I contracted near a mitigation company. On Jan. 29 I was told by them that an agreement have been reach and that I should get a carton in the messages in more or less three weeks and that my first payment would be any March or April 1. I got a communiqu¨¦ from the mortgage company lawyers on Jan. 24, again near no total due, but to call for the total and that I have until Feb. 21 to bring loan current. On Feb. 1 I got a note that the case be back near the loan workout department, and on Feb. 6 another letter stating they have received our authorization to discuss our case near our mitigation company. Last night we be served with papers file on Feb. 4 for a foreclosure with a date of mart of March 27!! We are to appear in court on March 3. Can they do this? It hasn't even be 30 days since the date of notice from the lawyer! What can we do?Answers: It sounds kind of similar to the mitigation company was wrong when they told you that an agreement have been reach. If you just get a letter on Feb. 6 truism that they've received authorization to discuss your case beside the mitigation company, it doesn't really sound similar to any discussion has taken place however, and the due date is getting closer. The letters are probably automatically generate based on the date and how much time is not here.
If I were you I wouldn't rely on the mail anymore, but get on the phone and consult to the bank or company holding the loan, and detail them exactly what you thought was going on. Then telephone the mitigation company and find out from them what's going on. But my main suggestion would be, get some money together even if you hold to borrow from family and friends, so that you can enlighten them you're ready beside a substantial payment. That will speak louder than anything else.
Just my counsel; I don't know much about foreclosures but it seem like there's be some bad communication between the sundry parties.
It depends on your state law, and how many months it have been since you made a money.
Call a lawyer.
Some mortgage companies convey a breach letter to you. A breach is a sense of default. In some states, these are mandatory and even some states require 2 notice.
Your mortgage company should be able to provide you next to reinstatement or payoff figures. Is your mitigation company and your mortgage co alike company?? If not, that is curious. However, i would suggest getting a lawyer. File a complaint or an answer or if you're desperate a restraining directive. Have your attorney demand for information you want/need. Filing a complaint or something beside the court can postpone your sale and rescheduling the foreclosure process. Unfortunatley, this will be a frusterating road for you. Good Luck
looks like this is another passageway for mortgage to make money.

Yes, that is my real last name.
I'm starting my own Real Estate Company, what should I heading it?
I'm starting my own Real Estate Company, I need some well brought-up name design. My last moniker is Super, so if I could incorporate that in somehow minus it being cheesy, that would be cool.
I really want to be capable of somehow, in the first name of the company, show that we have better and more complete service to our clients.
IDEAS?!
Something close to "Extensive Realty" (but sounds better)
Answers: Super Real Estate Services, Super Lakeside Realty, Super Realty or "name of the city" Realty.
Good luck.
I would exit "Super" out of the company name...it will nouns cheesy no matter what...instead, use it as a ticket line..."For Super Deals, Call "[first name] SUPER".
Consider where on earth you live...if a lot of hispanics, perchance "Primero Real Estate" ...means first
If within the mountains...Mountain Realty...Peak Realty, etc...
Alpha is greek for "one"...Alpha Real Estate
"Repus Real Estate"
pronunciation:
(Ree-p-yoo-s)
Repus is super spelled backwards. Everybodies doing it man. Like Serena Willams and 'Arenes'. And Oprahs 'Harpo'
its all right...
Not a Super time to start a realty company. Good luck
Recession Proof Realty
Number One Super realty
Late for Super realty
Hi Martin,
How about South Haven Super Home Showcase, Martin's Super Homes, or Super's Superior Homes of South Haven? Congrats, hold up the good work.
Super Weekends? Wow, I started this group long ago - as my first group - and consequently moved on - never got notification about the question being posted. Thank you for taking the time to use this 'very soon active' forum'!
No matter what broker you work for. They can whip your phone number away, they can take your company supplied website. They bring back all the lead after you have moved upward and forward. It is imperative in RE to build your own brand. And the best brand is your own given name. First name "Super Lakeside Properties" Last describe - seems to promise greatly and be very 'up' ' weekendish' or First describe "Superior Properties" Last name. More than one entitle for different types of marketing is perfectly above-board. "Super Homes" and "Super Second Homes" for the weekend. You have a great ending name - use it. For the purpose of search out engine optimization you must have the flush keywords in the baptize of the www addresses you choose.
I would be pleased to get you tabled in every Neighborhood Chamber of Commerce in 100 miles of your neighborhood! Mick Monroe
Good for you. Go for it. My only critique is this - trademark your company name show that your SERVICE is superior, not your listings. Your 'inventory' is ALL the houses for mart. So is the inventory of every other company you're competing with.
