Thanks 4 the help!Answers: I am not sure where on earth exactly you go to academy but I noticed on your 360 page it say you are form Texas. Here are a few good websites of some rental places surrounded by which the rent is all inclusive explanation it includes cable, water, electricity (up to a in no doubt allotment of typically $30-45), internet, etc. You may want to check them out. I live in a property similar to this one and my rent is $564/month. Very not often does the rent vary from that amount unless I use more electricity than usual. Come August I will truly be living at one of this companies properties.

you might try calling an apartment complex that you are thinking of moving into and ask them what the typical bill is for lights and water..
With most marine and light bills within is a base rate and what you use after explicitly what is billed to you. Like your base rate would be 10$ and what ever else you use that month would be added to the bill.
It channel that you still get a bill no concern if you sit in the shade and never shower..
It depends on the area you live within, but these are typical expenses you can expect:
rent
gas/electric--(if you live in a cold climate, expect to settle a lot for heat, likewise if you're surrounded by the heat, you'll clear a lot for nouns conditioning)
cable
phone
dialup for computer
food
furniture
cleaning supplies
bathroom supplies (tissue, shampoo, soap, etc)
entertainment (movies, eating out, etc)
parking
gas
motor payment/maintenance etc
Basically, your rent should be one quarter of your salary, but it's usually more close to 1/3. So, if you're making between $2200-3000 per month, take home, you should be fine.
Here's a tip...swot up proper English.
You ain't gon last near words like APT, frothy, n, kno.
I would call the apartment complex and ask how much typical utility expenses are for the building. You could also phone up your local electric provider, as well as water/sewer/trash providers, and ask them for historical bills for the address you'll be moving into. Sometimes there's a minimum billing amount that you enjoy to pay even if you don't use much wet, for example.
You might want to think almost getting a roommate. Not only will it backing you with expenses, but it's safer for a single soul. Just my opinion tho!!
Where to start.. ok the details
housing: 750.00
electric: 85-150.00
water/sewer: 20-40.00
garbage: 20.00 but may be included within sewer
gas: no idea..never have a gas bill but I know its expensive
phone: 50-200.00
food: 200-400.00 food is expensive!
internet/cable: 50-150.00
car expense: varies
coup¨¦ insurance: varies
motor maintenance:vary
gasoline: varies
But later again, it really depends on where you live. I own lived on my own in south carolina, arizona, florida and overseas.. it really vary where ever you live.. Oh and don't forget in the region of renters insurance- its not that expensive (like 120.00 for the year through USAA) and extremely worth it!
You should really do a thorough budget and save at lowest possible 5000 bucks before you move out. I know that seem like a great deal but it will be GONE before you know it. The discount sucks! Its hard to live on your own on minimum wage.. even purely above minimum at say..10 or 12 bucks an hour :( Try to attain a roommate- but make sure you really trust them!
