Many claim to be free but are NOT! Many do not lead direct to the mortgage concern holding the title/paperhold or what is owed on the property etc. I would like insider information please!Answers: buyer beware, these places say aloud they are free and they are not, after a grace period, anywhere from 3 days to 30 days and next they want to charge you. I tried one and they did not even list houses surrounded by my area. They be mostly in a different state, alot of them have already been sold. I found the best resource be my local paper 50 cents be cheaper than 24.99 per month only took one weekend. Good luck. My solid estate agent doens't deliver what he promisses?
He said he'll have crews fix this and that past we moved in.After we sign papers, he get really flaky about it and solitary offers reason why he can't do it.

Answers: You wont win...if you signed the papers, his obligation next to you is pretty much done unless you have something surrounded by writing.

Is this a rental, or a purchase? If it's a rental, you need to contact the manager. If it's a purchase, if it isn't in the agreement for public sale, it doesn't exist. Houses are sold 'as-is', if you want repairs made you have to influence so IN WRITING as part of the agreement for mart.
Either way, if it's not surrounded by writing, I wouldn't waste your time trying to sue, he's not the one responsible, not his livelihood.
Unless the real estate agent be the seller it wouldn't be the agents responsibility to fix things. Which agent is recitation you this, your agent or the sellers agent. You vote it is your agent, it doesn't make since. If you own a contract or witness stating what he said, you should take it to court if he won't deliver on his promise.
