Every foreclosure site I have be to is inaccurate, and every so normally I get someone calling me in the region of a property that they found on a foreclosure site that has be sold already, redeemed or never be on the market.
You can prod on foreclosures.com but you won't be provided any addresses or information until you discharge, only prohimities. You can do a free 30-day trial on this site, but honestly, I don't know of any sites that are free. Contact a legitimate estate agent who has free access to foreclosures. Best Wishes.

3 Acres, Wooded, Owner bringing utilities to the property, 14,500.00. Is this a obedient price?

There is some property for sale by owner. He is predisposed to finance low, for small down donation and payments, but total asking price is 14.5.

Answers: Depends on where on earth it is located.

And depends on zoning and surveys. Without a government survey/study showing that you can build on it, it might be a worthless piece of property.

If it sounds too suitable to be true (like much cheaper than other parcels in the area) I would be suspicious.

Do you know what the parcel is zoned? does the stop "perk" (has to do with hose tables and bringing within sewer/septic).?

Millions of things could prevent this property from ever being developed. Whatever you do, don't nick the owners word for it and make sure you find a knowledgable existing estate attorney that can guide you.

It could be, but you have alot of homework to do.

Where is it?

How is the lot zoned? What can be done beside that zoning? Are there any overlays or designations that would inhibit nouns of this land (i.e. flood zone)? Is at hand deeded access? If there is not deeded access, can you take it? If it has road frontage, is near anything from your local department of transportation that would preclude you from putting a driveway in?

What permit would be required to build? Any feasibility studies or other similar requirements? Well/septic test?

It might be worthless if it is either not competent to be developed or there are 100 hoops you'd own to jump through to do so.

Answers: Because statistically the cost of EVERYTHING have gone up over the last 30 years, including material estate. So with that surrounded by mind, the higher the dollar amount the better the increase. So if you purchase multiple properties, and sell them surrounded by 20-30 years (when statistically costs of living should be through the roof, oh goody!) you will have a small fortune contained by just profit on your hand. But unfortunately, not everyone can fork out $100,000's contained by order to profit from this TRUE estate mumbo jumbo.it's good ease though.
I own some and do not feel "the power". LOL!

If you want power contained by the US you need to be the CEO to a MAJOR corporation or the come first of a union.
