I am wondering what type of attorney should I use... I am trying to sue a contractor who built my house and built it way below standards. I be going to, my home is falling apart. Please help!

I just get it though. But i bought a $17,000 land. The mobile home cost me $35,000 and the year of it is 2006. it have 2 beds and 2 baths. I am building a wooden barrier all around it and plan to put a nice fountain outside the house. so it would cost me beside the lot and house $52,000 together. So if i want to sell it latter, about how much would be its effectiveness? i know it would drop, but about how much considering it have remodeling and its in totally good conditions?
