Lower income and property taxes surrounded by Southern California?
My mom earns around 18K a year(GROSS). Every year in April and again contained by April and November the deadline comes around to pay propety taxes. My mom have to scrap the intensely bottom of her money and put back something like $150.00 just to wages these two payments. Sometimes she does not have $150.00 to squirrel away, since she must pay her other bills and unforeseen car repairs or home repairs.I hold searched the internet on excise abatement, but most everthing is out of date going stern to 2005. I am looking for a simple website that describes laws on property taxes and import tax abatement and how a person of low income can earnings a part of the propety taxes. With merely $1,200 coming in NET per month, it is extremely rock-hard for my mom to pay her monthly bills when she wishes to pay her property taxes OR lose her home! (Her home is salaried off and she does NOT want to lug out a home loan since she has other debts to wage off). Please help.

CA passed prop 13 a while back so if she have paid her house rotten she must have lived at hand for a while, her taxes are already low. If she is needing single $150 a year that is zilch in CA. That is $12.50 a month, if she can't swing that than approaching frak said maybe a reverse mortgage.
