Whats the best suggestion to donate to someone who wishes to move out of his parents house and into his own place?
IM not fussy a 1 bedroom flat would do me lol but ive had it beside my mum shes so annoying and i can never do anything right :( im old plenty now so would approaching to move out i am from london so any1 from london or england really give me some warning please because i only earn 720 poound a month beside these crappy wages is it even possible to move out on that?Answers: Have at least 2 months of rent save up 6 if you can. If you can find someone reliable to share the rent that is perfect too.
Most people enjoy to get a roomie everything is expensive everywhere.
I suggest you grow up a bit first. Talk to others that you know and find out what they are paying, Talk to elder people, not the kids that "THINK" they know it adjectives. 720 a month is not crappy wages for a young man living at home. Figure what you will own after paying 2/3 of that for a place to sleep, that you are now getting free.
Is it posseble to move out in to a house in 3days?
Answers: This is often done, When people change locations for schooling or jobs, and rent an empty place.
It is not often done when trying to buy a place.
Yes its possible but sounds pretty drastic and I wouldn't want to move in three days. I sure hope you can pack fast cause if you have a lot of stuff going into the truck you better have a strong back and plenty of help. How ever if you were light like I was when I finished college its was a bed 2 dressers and a tv and stereo I could have had my crap packed up in 2 hours.
How ever today OMG It would take a crew of 4 men days to load the stuff out of my 2300 sqft home with 3 car garage and 2 sheds full of tools and hot rods and motorcycles and boats and snowmobiles and other stuff collected over last 6 years from my last move. I hope i never move, lol
Good luck. PS: 2 guys can fill the biggest truck uhaul has in less then 8 hours.
Can i register my house for public sale beside 2 or more agents at alike time and only just money the one that brings the buyer
legally and them knowing logically, what contract is that i have to sign?Answers: no its not officially recognized
If you could get them to both agree, after you could, but it's unlikely they would agree. Only one would get the "encyclopaedia fee" or they would have to split it. A third agent might bring the buyer, and would draw from the other half of the payment. It would be hard to know how that buyer's agent be attracted to the house.
It's not that it isn't legal so much as it would violate existing encyclopaedia contracts. The listing agent is not going to work greatly hard unless he or she is guaranteed a event share of the fees.
No, it is not illegal.
Technically, specifically called a simple almanac, it's just not an "Exclusive Right-to-Sell".
There are forms that Realtors can use within every state to set up such an arrangement.
However, good luck finding ANY agent to be precise willing to agree to that...b/c you'll never find one.
Usually here, you sign an exclusive right to put up for sale to one agent. That can be dated for one day or 6 months or what ever.
I am not aware of any agent that will administer you the legwork you want with a sooner or later listing, but if you describe them they can show it, and if they come up with a buyer afterwards you will pay the duty, In essence you are the listing agent, but they will not flog it except to someone they could show it to.
If you list a part for sale the MLS citizens will then transport out notices to other Realtors within the area, and your property afterwards has masses sellers working on your side.
If you index it to agent A and agent B sells the component, both get a split commish, If agent A sell it then they seize the full commish. Here it is 6% at present...
In Oregon, you can do this, and I suspect you can do this elsewhere also. Here they call it an Open almanac.
I don't take these listings because I could dribble away alot of advertising dollars on a almanac someone else sells. There is also the way out that you could sell it yourself and not pay envelope any of the Realtors a commission.
Why not just work beside one Realtor who will work for you?
