Is it permitted for my hotelier to withhold a copy of my lease?
Is a landlord surrounded by the state of Tennessee required to supply the tenant a copy of the signed lease agreement at the time of signing? Our landlord mail our copy of the agreement the first year and this year she didnt sent us one at all. We are overdue on our rent this month and requested a copy of the lease agreement and she refuses to hand over us one until we pay her her money. Can she do this? We inevitability the agreement because she has not be compliant with the agreement on the unpunctually fee charges.she simply charges us what she wants to.Answers: Listen to the Hoff:
Baby, here's what your innkeeper is doing. She is retaining evidence of a renewed contract until you pay up. If she give you a copy then your rights renovation to your favour as you enjoy evidence of contractual agreement.
It would be a good concept not to make an antagonist of your landlord. Pay her. If it go to court, you would be in the wrong for evasion of services provided.

No she cannot. Open up an escrow vindication. Put your rent money in that description until she furnishes you with a lease. She think you are stupid but now you know better. Without a lease you do not hold to pay her a single cent. She would never dare clutch you to court because she knows she is within the wrong. If she actually have the balls to bring you to court make sure you own proof of your escro account near all of your unpaid rent within it...and of course...don't forget to bring up the most meaningful information of all: that she have not and says she will not furnish you near a lease until you pay her the rent.
Typical trash lord. If I were you I wouldn't take-home pay her anything at all. She cannot legitimately evict you. Find another place and get the hell away from that woman. You may also want to homily to a lawyer. She may failure up paying you in the ruin. You can call any attorney and ask questions for free.
Two wrongs don't gross a right. You know you signed the lease and you are withholding payment for non-delivery of said lease. Unless it is in fact stated in the lease that the tenant will provide a copy of the lease, the landlord is not wrong as far as that legally recognized contract is concerned. You not paying the rent however, is a breach of that contract and she could indeed file to evict base on non-payment.
She is keeping the lease until clearing. Since payment is due, I would dispatch the payment certified post, return receipt requested. surrounded by the evelope I would have written request for a copy of the lease. Give her 10 days to reply. if she does not reply after send another request certified post, return receipt requested. In the 2nd epistle mention that this is the 2nd request and you know she received the first request because you have the proof of signature card. If she still doesn't hand over it to you then I would dispatch a third letter 10 days subsequent (same way) stating that it is the final request for delivery of the lease and that if it is not handle you will be forced to get officially recognized representation. After that get a attorney to contact her. That will most likely receive her to budge.

Hotsprings Village Property Owner?
Many years ago my grandpa bought a 1 acre lot in Hotsprings, Arkansas for roughly $5,000.00It be passed on later to someone I know, how would we shift about selling the property as we live surrounded by Mississippi? How much value does the property hold?
Answers: Hot Springs Village have a website, http://www.hotspringsvillage.com/ which has a address list of many currently available lots. Prices come and go enormously depending on location, not surprisingly. If your grandfather's lot is on the marine, you may be in for a pleasant surprise.
Make sure it is an actual lot that can be built on. Hot Springs Village sell "ownership lots" that are really small but allows people to be "property owners" within the Village for a small amount of money. That way you can play the 8 golf courses surrounded by the Village for like $8 or something. My Dad have one of these lots and it's like a 1/4 an acre.
