Try typing in www.rent.com and see if it brings up something where on earth you can type the state and then the city etc. You can also check the classified ad in the local serious newspaper.. Drive around and get an model of what you can get for how much money..base on the things you come up with within the paper. You can also hook up next to a rental agency that has properties for rent through their company. You can find these nation in the ashen pages beneath rental..?? Call the county clerk's office. In some areas to be precise public information.
Get a title company to run an ownership and encumbrance report for you ( O & E). If that is impracticable, go to the local county clerk and recorder's department and look it up yourself.
Deeds are not recorded beside the state in the USA but beside the county. Good Luck!
Apartment move within dog on lease problem - what to do?
I applied for a new apartment a few weeks ago - two weeks ago they call to tell me I be approved, and my move-in costs would be $xx dollars.So last week I call to re-confirm everything, and they gave me the $ amount again.
Then today they call, just a few days back I am set to move in, after I enjoy already given notice to move out, and own to move out of my other apartment, and told me they made a mistake, they calculated my deposit fees wrong, because they forgot to include my pet deposit, and now they want an extra $350 to move surrounded by.
They said they are sorry, it was their mistake, but I still enjoy to pay it. Which is fine, I am not trying to seize out of anything.
But I did put it on my application. And they did quote the fees to me, on a piece of paper, and out loud twice.
I asked if I could have 2 weeks to wages, they said no. It's not much money, but it is to me, I don't have it. What do I do?

If they have given you a quote in black and white, then they are properly obliged to stick to that quote. If you "remind" them of their court obligation, consequently perhaps they'd be ready to reconsider the two-week extension on this supplement.

Do it right...hope you are competent to figure out the answer that is to say best for you in the long run.

Shame on them. The deposits should be written into the lease. Mine are. To charge extra is wrong, UNLESS it did not specify the pet deposit. Mine say each pet have to have a deposit, and is NON REFUNDABLE because it is a one time charge.
If you don't own the money, ask the manager to tolerate you have a few days, You hold to remember that MANY places do not allow dogs, Also maybe the type of dog made them fine-tuning their amounts. American terrier is still a pit bull. and many folks may not know that. You have to remember that your dog is not like by other people.
