How can I purchase a home when I live paycheck to paycheck?
I can't go rear legs to school, beside 3 young children, a available job and no help from nearby father. How am I suppose to make a well-mannered life for us when I can hardly make it through the week? I do not enjoy the best of credit. Even if the home is a fixer upper it would be great. I could work on it during any free time I have. The thirft store here other have window, door, appliances, sinks, toilets, etc. really cheap. I have domestic that does construction that would let me own scrap lumber from the job I could use. I know I maybe competent to get a owner nouns but I don't have the $2000 down wage. Paying the monthly payment wouldn't be the problem.Answers: I don't know where on earth you live but many states enjoy a first time home owners loan that is financed 100% beside no down payment! With the subprime collapse, getting a house in the first place is going to be difficult. If, however, you can qualify for a loan to buy any house at all, I would look for a property that doesn't need all the major renovations you see on TV, but that only needs cosmetic work. You would be amazed at what a difference some bleach, some paint, and the right configuration of furniture can make on a house.
You will also want to find, preferably, a property that needs a little outside work. Maybe paint on the outside, some new flowers, the lawn mowed. These can all make huge differences in the value of a property.
The key to doing this without a lot of cash is to live in the house while you are fixing it up. This will give you time to put together small chunks of money that can fund any changes you need. I would also work room by room, finishing one at a time. This does two things: first, it provides some concrete evidence that you are accomplishing your goal; and second, it keeps your whole house from becoming a mess.

Which place to live should we choose?
A 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment contained by town, ok neighborhood, but its TINY. Or a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex on the brim of a pretty rough neighborhood that is huge beside a ton of space.I cant decide. I want the one beside all the space but I enjoy concerns about the neighborhood. and the small apt is cute but I am wondering if it might be too small... I cant settle on...

I would choose the smaller one within the good neighborhood. A big duplex is not going to provide you piece of mind at night, it may furnish you more space and a bit more sanity, but it won't protect your saloon from being broken into, it won't protect your family well mortal. If you know that your family will be safer and you know that you won't enjoy to jump near every noise at the smaller apt, where on earth you would do that at the big one, then choose the small one, it will be paid you feel safer and if you own to live there for 1 year, construe of it as a countdown to a bigger, happier place in that year.
