I'm 18 years old and me and my girl both hold good job I just really involve advice on where on earth I could get a nice affordable apartment beside no credit check around the Bronx area of bright York city?Answers: First try craigslist.org and if u don't find something there try going out and looking cuz everything is not other on line sum times u own to go out in attendance and look for a place that don't do credit checks!

Pretty much everywhere will run a credit check. Some less rigorous than others. If within is anywhere with a generous student population, they will probably not be too strict.
Additionally, you could try subletting from someone? Different landlords do things differently, but when I was subletting from a friend, the innkeeper did not check my credit.
Also, is there some type of co-op or subsidized housing available? Those can also be great option.
You will probably have to achieve your parents to sign a guarantor form. Basically, the responsibility will fall on them if you dont reward. I had to do that as a student when I didnt own 3 times the income to pay for the apartment.

Yep, she right www.craigslist.com is great for selling and rentals. In one day, I received 7 request for my rental, and rented it out surrounded by two days. Its not a great time to sell, if your house can't get rid of for a reasonable price. Just rent it out until the open market resumes in favor of the trader. Good Luck!!
