How do i turn around buying this house.?
My mom own this house and doesnt want it. but i do. i want to buy it but i need a loan explanation she wants 20,000 from me i be to buy it cause she want sto hold on to it in the kinfolk but it is a bad neigborhood for her and i want her to know how to afford something better. what do i do? i dont have the best credit win.Answers: Apply for an FHA loan from an FHA lender. You should just stockpile that money. It really isn't a lot for a home. It took me a year to salvage 10,000. Can she hang contained by there for a couple years? Maybe you could live next to her and work your butt off to buy it straight brass.

It is up to your current lender to resolve if they want to freeze your rate. Another option he is pushing heavily to relief people avoid foreclosure is the FHA Secure loan program.
I would suggest starting next to your current lender for a conventional refinance or rate freeze. If they do not cooperate, contact Hope Now.

There are immensely specific terms though, and it may be frozen to qualify. I believe anyone with a second mortgage is automatically out. Also check next to the housing authority in your state.

I heard I can do this through some sort of public library, and I need to find it's parcel code?Answers: You can return with all the information from the County Recorder's organization. There you can get copies of Deeds, Liens' etc.. Also you can move about to the County Assessor's office. They hold cross reference books that you can look up a property by the street address and it will furnish you the APN (Assessor's PArcel Number).

Where I live, one go to what's called the "Land Registry Office".
It will administer you all the information you need~ (probably is like as the other listed within the first answer but has different name around the world). I had to do this for adjectives 3 houses I've purchased.

The municipality contained by which the property is located should have a plat book next to the information you need.
