most agencies hold a homes book (keller williams has one that they distribute at local grocery stores) - you can contact an agent to ballyhoo in it. also, various agencies have uncap houses or weekly sales meeting, so you can 'sponsor' the meeting (bring breakfast or refreshments), and they'll consent to you get up and cooperate.
a cheaper option is a short time ago to get a schedule of all agency office and send flyers to adjectives of the agents individual mailboxes at each agency. more time consuming and smaller number personal.
i suggest going to the office meeting - real estate is a personal business and most agents would better recommend those that they've met.
