i am executor of my mom's estate i am still recieving bills from her things how am i suppose to pay them. she owns her house and some topography am i suppose to sell those to wage the bills she does not own her car i am still making payments on it and thier is nil to sell within her home that will even come close to what she owes. she owes 3 credit bills which total 6000.00 and a student loan she took out for someone for 30,000. i don't know what to do sell the house i really needed the house everything came down to me but i also hold to pay her bills can i flog for what i want or does the creditors have to set the price anyone who can assist would be great.Answers: Get a lawyer!
I used to work within a legal organization and if I remember correctly, bills have to be remunerated before the estate can be distributed to the beneficiaries. Its a shame if you would hold liked to enjoy moved in. An conception is could you sell your own home, recompense off creditors and consequently move into hers.

You can mortgage the house, but you can not take her assets w/o first clearing adjectives of her debts. You may have to put up for sale her assets to cover her debt, it is not uncommon.

FHA Grant - First Time Buyers?
My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We are approved with an FHA loan for $140,000 within AZ. We are required to have 3% as a downpayment. Together we gross about $50K a year.My brother-in-law just this minute purcahsed a home the same instrument, but was competent to get a $5000 FHA admit. We have not be able to find much info on this compromise (the HUD webstire doesn't help much), and we'd resembling to know how/if we can qualify for this grant.
