My living situation has drastically changed only just, and I need to find an apartment as soon as possible. I own been living near roommates and then my boyfriend for days gone by 4 years, but the only "solid" rental history I hold is from over a year and a half ago. My credit ranking is pretty low, around 560. I am a working student so my income is also fairly low, although starting subsequent month I will be working full time instead of 20 hours a week, so my income will double.I want to find a one bedroom or a studio apartment. I do NOT want to live with roommates again, I really basically want to have my own place. I know that no tenant in their right mind is going to rent me an apartment.
Do you mull over if I offered to pay 6 months rent up front, that I would find a place confidently? I can take out a loan from arts school, and have be thinking this would be a good preference. What other options do I hold? Does anyone have any proposal?
