How much should i bid on this house??
My husband and i have found a house we love and it is a forecloser we hold already placed a bid at 75k,but someone else has also offered the wall a bid as well.We hold to go within tomarow and place a higher bid and who ever bid ultimate gets it what would you utter we should bid we dont want to get over our head too much.I would love to stay as low as you think is possible. What would you bid?Answers: Details would be nice:-)
Offering $50K below the asking price, to be honest, isn't a apt offer.
It is VERY meaningful that you update your question near WHO told you that there be another bid on the house and why can't the bank counter-offer?
In my souk, it has be a seller's market for a few years. Multiple offer are the rule rather than the exception.
With seller a good agent will push for them to set a date that offers will be view and stick to it. I've had situations where on earth two offers be so similar that we sent both people support (not countersigned) and told them to come back near their best offer. Three or four offer are routine.
With buyers a good agent will detail them what they think the property will trade for and tell the buyers to want what it is worth to them. Don't get surrounded by over your head, include up the numbers and decide what the appeal of the house is to you.
No one wants to spend more than prerequisite, but don't think give or take a few it as betting against another. You are assessing the value to you and it doesn't thing what the value is to another.
X-G/f Walking Out On Lease. Can She Remove Name Or Have To Pay?
I was living next to my g/f when we ran into an unwelcome dispute that she felt pushed her away from me and stated I be not worth fighting for. She have threatened to remove her name from the lease, which would vacate me with the full sum where I would hold trouble being competent to pay. I enjoy researched some, but find it hard to find a definent answer as to whether or not she can remove her cross from the lease, whether it be with my ease or not, and not have to reimburse rent? Am I able to block her hard work to remove her name and construct her continue to pay packet for the next 5 months until the lease have ended whether it be directly from her or through me?Answers: a lease is a legally signed contract. She can not remove her baptize from it. But if she bails out on you, since your name is also on the lease, you are liable for the full amount; the lessor does not enjoy to waste time to attain "her half" it's all on you. How enjoy you been paying? Each of you paying 50% by personal check, or does one personage give the other the dosh to pay? Or do you alternate?
Here is your answer:
She CANNOT hold her name removed from the lease minus YOUR permission, nor can the proprietor do it without consulting you.
The tenant is just as bound by the lease as you both are, and YOU and your g/f have a contract together (verbal) and you BOTH had a written contract next to the landlord.
She can move, and you'll probably finish up paying all the rent yourself, but you can also turn around and sue her for 50% of what you salaried out.
You need to remuneration the landlord the full amount, if she moves out, and she requirements to pay YOU directly and you want to give her a receiving each time.b/c you won't know if she is paying the manager or not.
What is DSS?
I have be searching for a place surrounded by the paper and it say no DSS,pets or smokers...What does DSS mean?Answers: Decison support system i looked it up for you hope this help.
Department of Social Services. It basicly means if you are getting income support or housing benefit.
Renting places repeatedly refuse it because the DSS dont wage on time and recurrently delay or cut transmittal for no reason, consequently the applicant has to be in motion through the same method of reapplying and waiting 6 months up to that time the first payment and rear legs payment.
This puts the hotelier in jepordy as they own to be out of pocket while the DSS money comes in and although its backdated, they dont repay for the fact the tenant has have to take out a loan which have incurred interest for the same time of non costs.
People who are on the dole have a reputation for slovenly routine, dishonesty and fiddling. Landlords don't want them as they are too much trouble.
My next-door neighbour rented her flat out to a DSS couple. They be neighbours from hell. Rows, rubbish and violence. Drugs, adjectives night party, noise. Awful!
