In California - Can a manager justifiably post distinguish thay you cannot enter your apt. for 10 days from 9a to 5p?
i rent an apartment in culver city california. i woke up the other sunshine with a details on my front door saying that we "cannot enter our apartment (starting that day) for the subsequent 10 days - including weekends - from 9am to 5p - please make other arrangements."is this crazy? is this legally recognized? im so upset i have be having to sit outside my building for hours beside no where else to budge - and i have remunerated my full rent on time every month for a year and a partly.
Answers: It is legal if they are working on your apartment. Did you ask them to renovate something?
Ask your innkeeper to explain, I am sure he will. They can't ask you to stay out for no reason, but if they are working surrounded by there they can.
Wow. That's crazy. I can't see how it's allowed. Tenants almost always own the right to be present whenever landlord enter -- even if its some sort of emergency repair. Check your rental agreement. Maybe they worked in some bizarre, illegal clause roughly speaking remodeling. More likely, it's a kid or prank.
Otherwise, take your proprietor to small claims and/or contact a lawyer. I would even phone up the police to help you enter your part and reclaim your property.
At the very smallest you shouldn't have to reward rent for the ten days.

No, it's not decriminalized WITHOUT A NOTICE, and I agree with the other poster, sounds close to someone played a joke on you.especially if you are sitting outside and don't see any work done on the place.that should own given you a clue that something was wrong.
No proprietor, even the worst slum lords, are going to pull that in need giving you a reason.

Is it better to show an neglected house or furnished house when selling a home contained by an estate?
If furnished, keep surrounded by mind that the contents of the home will be that of the deceased. Creepy? Or is it better to enjoy the home furnished and looking "homey"?Answers: I like to look at them empty, but not everyone does.
Remove all personal items, adjectives clutter and keep it simple. Remember that you want populace to be able to visualize themselves living within. If they feel resembling they are intruding on someones home they may not be able to do that.
It adjectives depends who you ask. Furnishing it can allow people to see what it might look approaching if lived in. The draw pay for to that is if you do up it wrong like choose furniture or paint or art that poeple reason looks tacky later it will turn them off.
I myself prefer unfurnished. It allows me to really have a feeling the space of each room and let me picture what it would look like beside my things inside my head.
For sure once you are showing the house you cant start moving out stuff. Try to deal in it all as is unless it is dismal. This is not the best time to sell . Place a sibling within the house to remove all the furniture and flog it next year. Look up foreclosures and dropping prices. If you wish to list you can say aloud well I own one person who is interested already and I want a commission exemption if he buys. I am looking for south west Texas , especially a do business if furnished..
Furnished, but not stuffed full and with subtle accent. It allows buyers to visualize the space filled (an isolated room tends to look greatly smaller than it really is). Keep the colors subtle and the decorations classic and understated. If they're too fanatical, it's possible they'll subconciously put off the buyers.
Hmm, that's rather creepy, but hopefully the buyers won't have that detail!
That aside, if the stuff within the home all looks great, is well-placed, fitting to the home, and help show how to make the best of respectively living space, I'd keep it within there. You never know, if somebody really loved the road it was furnished they might product an offer on the furniture as in good health. This happens adjectives the time. If you do leave the stuff surrounded by there is to perchance just go up it back a tad, disappearing some ideas sympathetic to the imagination. Like, definitely remove ALL personal photographs.
However, if the furnishings are weak, do not make it look put together, or close to a show home, clear it all out. Then engineer sure the carpets and bathrooms procure cleaned, the rooms get freshly painted if needed, and the outside looks great.
Staging (lightly furnishing a home for sale) IMO does serve sell a home most of the time, as long as the furnishings are ornate and up to date. By putting furniture in spaces, it help show the buyers how for example a dining room that might appear small really could hold a table for six, etc. Or that bedroom that they're not sure about really will feel a king sized bed with room to spare, etc. LOL keep under surveillance that show "Designed to Sell" on HGTV for a better idea of what I'm conversation about. :)

Homes markedly sell quicker when they are furnished. Don't walk out all the furniture, simply a few things in every room to show the buyer what could be. Try to receive each room look as big as possible. Make sure you hold all the blinds initiate and the lights on to make it look spacious and bright. No clutter anywhere. Also, putting coffee beans surrounded by the oven on "warm" will make the place smell really obedient.
Can PMI on house increase while you are making your payments prompt?
My Mother-in-law bought a house in Florida and presently her bank taht is Citibank informs her an increase within the PMI and wants her to compensate. All payments have gone out on the dot. Can the PMI be increased on a house during the duration you are making a payment? Will look forward for information.Answers: If what she owes on the property is 80% or smaller quantity of the mortgage loan she can ask that this PMI be removed. I do not believe that she has to refinance. Check near your local real estate attorney and don't tolerate anybody talk you into refinancing unless you will find atleast 2% deduction or better on the interest rate.

I own NEVER heard of that within my career, and that doesn't nouns legal to me, unless the PMI company go out of business and Citibank had to find another one.
When you set up PMI, you pay an up-front set-up payment and then engender monthly premium payments, and this depends on what company was chosen to draw from the PMI through when the loan was originate.
I would call customer service first and see what further explanation she get. If they just bang off something that sounds close to BS, I would consult with a unadulterated estate attorney.

PMI is a contract and can't be changed unless both parties agree.
