Has anyone be wrongfully foreclosed on and if so what type of settlement did you obtain?

We have be foreclosed on but we have salaried all our payments on the dot and are not in evasion. We have adjectives the cancled checks from the bank that our mortgage company cashed but they are not showing the payments and foreclosed. We spent a year trying to obtain this worked out through the mortgage company but they were usless. So I'm consultation with my legal representative tommorow but I wondered if anyone had have a similar experiance and what was the outcome.

I have never hear of this. What do you mean the lender is "useless"? What is the lender's response when you confront them near your proof of payment annals?

We refinanced our home and to make it short we get our first bill and it was wrong so we tried to fix it and no luck so we didn't repay. They tried to forclose and when we got our papers own found someone signed my name on the memo. We never received any paperwork from the time we signed for the mortgage. Wouldn't our mortgage be voided? Please help


Answers: It does not nouns like fraud to me. Although it sounds as if you are wanting to commit fraud yourself.

It does not issue that you forgot to initial one of the 20 or so pages of your mortgage, your husband did and it is passable to believe that you did not initial by mistake, not because the bank be trying to hide any information from you.

Sorry this question seem to be a jumble to me.

In one part you enunciate "we signed everything in front of a notary" Then next you say "found someone signed my entitle on the note" and even later you say-so that someone "signed my husbands name you can clearly see the differnce"
