Question for home owners?
I will soon purchase a home, but i would like to know in the order of this Lending institutions.have you ever worked near any of them? how are they? i need feedback from home owners to establish.

National Mortgage
Eloan

Answers: I own rental propertys so I hold about 30 mortgages. I hold dealt near Countrywide they are good. I would also look at Bank of America ( who is possibly buying COuntrywide) also Wells Fargo or Washington Mutual Go to the lenders direct do not use a broker you repay more points etc. All of the mentioned lenders have websites that can front you to a local loan officer. Lending tree is a middle man. They submit your application to three mortgage lenders who than offer you a loan.
Countrywide is teeter on the brink of bankruptcy... but they may still get you a loan.
Don't know about the others.
Countrywide is have trouble.
A couple of these are internet lenders.
Do business with a local lender/loan officer. It can be a national company (for example, Wells Fargo), but you may enjoy problem doing a loan over the internet. I have done several thousand sale and almost all the internet loans own had problems... usually at the final min. And since there isn't a physical person, you can't procure the problem fixed fast (or at all).
Not sure in the order of those specific lenders but I am a home owner.
Some advise I can provide is make sure you are set up next to bi weekly payments as appose to monthly. You will cut down your interest in a big method, and own your home much sooner.
Also consider having a particular amount added into your mortgage payments that will account for your propery taxes. It wouldn't help yourself to much and then you won't be have to worry something like paying them every year.

I didn’t want to deal beside a national lender. I’ve heard from others that near many of these companies, you don’t other get a specific rep to contract with and if you’re applying online, it’s almost approaching like anyone alone.
I chose to go next to a highlighly recommended local mortgage broker who shopped around to find the best deal for me. I have someone to work with obverse to face, and who be willing to totter me through the process.
Where on the I/N can I find out how long a house have be nominated for public sale?

Thanks.Answers: Nice, you speak you don't want to call anyone and both these tools notify you to call someone. Do a property history look into and then you can subtract the DOM (days on market ). Be punctilious as many are re-lsted near different companies and often duplicate agent will take it sour and put it back for public sale.
That's MLS only information. You'll need to contact an agent.
Moving cross country, finding apartments?
Im looking for apartments in marina, california. The item is im moving cross-country from Connecticut so I cant exactly pick up a local news treatise, and long distance calls start to append up after a while(believe me I just get the phone bill) I was wondering if anyone know of any websites with detailed pictures of places for rent within marina, california. But not move.com or rent.com etc bc ive already tried those.thanks
