California, Orange County: Looking for cheap clinic for low income nation?
Hello, is there any clinic specifically meant for low income relations? I am working full time at minimum wage and paying taxes, living by myself and paying rent. I dont have any form care... For 2 days presently i am filling that sick, but i dont know where on earth to go... can someone provide me information for a apt place?Answers: Look in the phone book beneath clinics. Also check for the Orange County services.
Does anybody know how much difference 1% interest rate will put together on my house payments?
I was offered 6.8% interest rate and did not locked it when I go into agreement to buy a house in August second year.Now it seems rate is down by a percent or so for me (5.9%).
Can someone lend a hand me with calculation how much I should expect to pay near this new rate very soon? My payments were 2200 per month (3.5% annual college tax, and adjectives insurances included).

I have no belief what your actual mortgage amount is, how long it has to run, etc.
You'll be surprised that 1% add up like it does contained by most cases.
More information is needed to actually figure what it might be. 1% can be deceiving and also cause an out of the blue balloon payment when you least possible expect it.

The leaky roofs that they never fix?Answers: They are aloud to do this, adjectives they have to do is endow with you notice as they hold already done. Different places check for different things. Some will check for maintenace issues that need to be fixed (leaking pipes, dripping dampen, ect.) but some place will come in and check your living status (exp. if you own a one bedroom aparment and one person on the lease they will check for evidence to see if more next one person is living at hand or not). They also check for illegal storage of property (exp. weed on the table, a bong, anything dealing next to drugs) they can not open your dressers and hunt for things, okay they are not suppose to, but they check for what you have gone out.
Yes they most certainly can inspect the property they own. They are right contained by giving advance identify so you can "tidy up" and also not be startled when they knock and enter.
They can inspect what they want, but probably are looking to make sure in attendance are no apparent leak, no bug issues, no damage (holes contained by walls, etc.). They may be checking to see you're not violating any fire codes (lots of things plugged into extensions, floor to ceiling stacks of the Fourth Estate, etc.).
Have you notified them contained by writing re: leaky roofs? Is it causing any lay waste to to your property inside? You'll want to document that--pix, written notice, etc. if you want to pursue the issue--and you should. Leaks organize to mold leads to serious problems.
First of adjectives, you should read your lease. This should be addressed somewhere therein.
Second of adjectives, GENERALLY, the owner (or its representatives) can enter the apartment with at tiniest 24 hours' notice. They appear to have given you more than that. Unless your lease say otherwise, you have no right to express doubts. Remember, YOU don't own the place.
Lastly, how would we know what they're coming in to fix? Why don't you ask THEM?
It is ethical and official. The apartment is the owners' property and they have the right to inspect the section for any reason (filth, twist, prospective buyers, prospective tenants, meth lab, etc.).
You cannot unreasonably withhold access from the owner. The owner may even sue you if you shun access. Check your state's laws, but it's not unusual for a tenant to insist that they be present during the owner's entry. Also, check your rental agreement and apartment rules for clauses allowing the owner to enter for looking after emergencies.
My apartment building does inspections every four months, to inspect the smoke detectors, and to inspect for cleanliness and fire hazard. I believe this keeps our building locked and healthy.
They own the property, and it's their right to inspect it whenever they choose. They other leave several days awareness that they will be coming. They also reserve the right to enter the apartments whether or not you are there.
