I don't enjoy a lease near my hotelier, my roommate is never home, he requests to move someone else surrounded by, can he?

I don't have a lease near my landlord (she lives downstairs, know I reside there). I have lived within the apartment for 9 months. It is not my problem if he chooses not to be around because he has another home next to his girlfriend--I made the initial agreement with him, not for a stranger. I live contained by NYC and it's very firm to find decent housing, I live surrounded by a great place-don't want to move!


Answers: Since there is no written lease you should be capable of talk to the proprietor and explain the situation to her. Ask her if you can get your own roommate instead of have the current roommate push on in on you. She may agree. Prom houses/after-prom?

So, my senior prom is coming up and i'd like to rent a house to walk after - but there are no listings of houses surrounded by my area likely to rent to a prom group, even though we're all really responsible. Do you know what else i could do after prom or do you know how i could gain a house?


Answers: There is no need to rent a house in recent times to get drunk. Find out who's parents will be out of town or be in motion to your school's after party (if it have one).
No one is going to rent you a house to get drunk within for just one darkness, especially to a bunch of underaged people.
