Foreclosures on Long Island?
Foreclosures on Long Island? I'm looking for foreclosures on Long Island and don't know where to start looking. Any design? Does anyone know where I can win information about pre-foreclosure's on Long Island?Answers: Pete, my proposal would be to seek out experienced investors that are doing FC's contained by your area, and see if any of them would be likely to help you out. I know here within the Twin Cities, I've worked with plentifully of new investors beside differing results. You can do adjectives the leg work to try and find some FC's, but it's much better to have a plan, and the comprehension and experience from someone who's done it before. I'd look for local Real Estate Investing Groups, or look surrounded by the newspaper and christen on some ads of nation looking to buy homes.
sign onto a website online that has pre-foreclosure listings. Or purely go to your local courthouse and ask them for a print out, its public understanding, so they will give it up.
Anyone know of any places contained by escondido,ca that will adopt an eviction?
I am getting denied at tons of places because i have an eviction on my credit because my dirtbag roommate bailed on me and gone me with adjectives of the rent and bills to pay and I couldnt pay packet all of it so consequently an eviction happened, does anyone know how or where on earth I can get a place surrounded by Escondido? I need a place by March.Answers: That totally sucks! Got to http://craigslist.org find your city and state and click on it, later go to housing. Some landlords pile it on no credit checks or bad credit okay. Just ring up them and ask. Be honest about your situation, landlords approaching honesty. Also, be prepared to spend extra on security deposits. Take this time to liberate as much money as you can. I would get at most minuscule 4 months rent saved up. When adjectives else fails, money conference. Also, stay away from large apartment complexes. They will be more feasible to turn you down-it is a waste of application duty. Stick to mom & pop private landlords and you should be better off.
It will be harder, but you will find someone prepared to rent to you. If you could get a perfect reference on your behalf, that would be great.
Good Luck!
