Help!! First time renter contained by stipulation of some proposal?

Okay, so I'm planning on moving to Maine in the subsequent week. But I'm not so sure that I can actually find a place to live. Is it certainly necessary to own a credit history in lay down to rent an apartment?

Answers: it depends on the Landlord really- some will run credit, some will not. Really they are looking for whether or not you pay your bills in good time.

I got my first apartment short a co-signer when I was 19- I don't reflect on they ran credit, but if they did, I would not own had any. They may require a checking or money account though to variety sure you are responsible.
You are 18, correct?

You will likely necessitate a co-signer.

You lack a rental history/previous manager references as all right as credit.

Do you have a stable work history?
From a landlord's perspective, it is graspable if you have no credit history if you are newly starting out (under 21). When we run credit, having no history isn't as fruitless as having poor history. It's possible you may be asked for a complex security deposit due to not have any history.

If you have any written reference you can provide to prospective landlords, that may help strengthen your application. If you are moving to attend college and your parents are paying your rent, then they should apply to rent the property near you and that should resolve your credit issues.

However, if you don't have employment or income, that looks worse. Best bet contained by that case would be to rent a room for a jiffy from a homeowner who is not going to screen your credit or rent a part in an extended stay hotel. When you own a good undertaking squared away then move into your own place.
You more next likely necessitate a co-signer

then try your local governing body ... they'll shuffle you around a bit and might just surprise you beside positive response.

*
could call your property insurance agent, too -- they probably know the answer if you can stand the possible added cost that they'll increase your premium for the risk.

if it is on their property, you are within no position to authorize any one to enter private property and cut down the tree, any person entering the private property lacking authorization can be charged with trespassing and if the cut down the tress vandalism as capably

now if you believe the tree is late, or diseased, you might want to document the condition of the tree and place the neighbor on notice of the death-defying condition
Most cities have city inspectors including someone qualifiied to sign the tree a danger. We own a specialized official "Tree Inspector" surrounded by the major town to hand us.
Just ask your mayor's office or city council personage. They cannot do much themselves, but they should know the city government powerfully enough to variety a call for you or recount you who to call.

Landlord will not renew contract?

I signed a 1 year contract to rent a place and this ended around 4 months ago. I'm still living within the place but without a unsullied contract despite repeatedly asking the landlord for one. Apparantly the estate agents he deal with shut down and there's be all sorts of problems.
I want to know could he evict me at anytime.

Answers: Yes, he can, and he does NOT own to renew your lease.
yes
and with 30 days interest, and 30 days for each personage involved in that apartment.
I am sorry to voice he can - I would start looking now for somewhere else to live Good luck
Usually your possession goes to a month to month tenantcy and your manager can terminate your residence (or more importantly change your lease rate) beside a one month notice..

It depends on the imaginative lease.. if you paid week to week consequently it is a 1 week contract..

If you have a obedient relationship with your manager I would not worry.. usually a month to month is honourable for the tenant.. because it offers the manager no long term planning.. and you can opt to move beside only a 30 light of day notice.
It's not other good to enjoy a lease.

Not having one give you and the landlord an out. This agency you only hold to give one months observe.

If you like where on earth you are, stay, not having a lease is no motivation to start looking for another place
He would have to endow with you a month's notice. Speak near him and ask him his intentions as you are concerned about your adjectives in the property. Surely he will be unequivocal enough near you to keep you informed as to his plans?
