I also do not think you can rent property out as you hold no way to return after your visa expires to switch the property.
The property will not effect your status at all. Those are tourist visas, not immigrant visas.

Our former landlord have put off doing a final inspection for two weeks, every time we name she says that she will do it tomorrow. We are contained by the military and have in reality moved out of the state, my husband drove back up here (over three hour drive) this week and we are still getting nothing but excuses from her.. Even though we didn't tell her contained by writing we wanted to be near, is the 72 hour limit still surrounded by effect?? Please help.. we are only trying to get everything settled surrounded by our new place and my husband can single be there for a couple more days..Thanks for your guidance..
Answers: I don't think the 72 hour mark out is triggered unless the request to be there is made contained by writing, but certainly they should be diligent give or take a few the final inspection. I would go ahead and distribute the written notice to her to trigger the 72 hour restrict.
