No offense meant here, but if you want religion to sustain sell your house don't you come up with a direct prayer to God would be a better choice than some voodoo practice of burying idols within the yard? Because that's what you are nearly to do which sounds rather desperate to me.
I would not do any of these things, its not going to minister to you sell your house. Its lavender by the door. The personality who may be interested in buying your house might be put bad by having a Catholic Saint statue surrounded by their yard, especially if they are not of that religion. With the house souk what it is. Is it smarter to build or buy?

Im in Tennessee and Im sure its one and the same across the U.S as far as the economy go with buying and selling houses. All I own heard is that its a buyers souk. Well Im looking into making my first home purchase wether it be building or just buying. Im not for sure as to which is the better route. Chances are your gonna get hold of a little bit more house for the price if you buy a house thats already built BUT you will still hold to fix things and what not. If you build, it will be the way you want it, it will be contemporary, but it will cost you a little more. Im looking to spend around 120k. The open market at this price isnt favorable. I have found some houses, but close to I said they are gonna need some work. If I could build a house for that influence around 1500 sq ft (its just me and my wife) afterwards what would be wrong with that. I a short time ago need some guidance. Any oblige would be great. Obviously I wanna get the best detonation for the buck, If I buy used 10 years down the road how hard will it be to supply?


Answers: It sounds as if budget may be an issue for you. If that's true Then I would buy used. New construction always sounds great but once you start "making things the approach you want" the costs start soaring... With new construction you will be paying top dollar for the landscape and the square footage. You will also be paying all at once for every upgrade(all included within your loan). If you buy used you can usually get a bigger lot and more square footage. Then over time, and as budget permit, you can upgrade the parts of the home you want to change. But at most minuscule you can do it on your terms. Also, surrounded by most markets square footage = $. So a larger home will stop up a better deal contained by the long run.
There are lots of variables here and for you new may be better but I a short time ago wanted to back you see the value contained by used.

I would buy a used home. It is a buyers marketplace and some real bargins out within. Also if you are useing a buyers agent there are seriously of people who bought tentative homes just 2 and 3 years ago that can't afford their payments because they purchased on an adjustable rate. Those can be apposite buys because the house is just a few years antediluvian.
