no this is not right because if your loan is unsecured then the loan is just that. seek citizens advice or a solicitor. before you go any further read the terms and conditions of the agreement

I bought my house 2 years ago i have an 80/20 beside no money down at a rate of 6.750 should I refinance to get the lower rates presently!I live in Florida and I know deeply of prices have fall. I can make my payments is presently a good time to refinance my home to bring back lower rates!
